Great service from start to finish. The sales lady was professional, friendly and very honest, no over selling and very good pricing. The surveyor came on time and did everything within 30min. The installers were prompt and worked really efficiently. The windows look amazing.

The work was carried out well and also pretty quickly. All the staff that I met or spoke to on the phone were polite and business like. I had replacement glass window panels made and fitted.

Pleased with the service received. The surveyor was and the two men who fixed the fire door efficient. The lady I spoke with in the office was also very helpful and I liked the follow up from office staff who contacted me to see if I was satisfied with the work.

Received a private number cold call, who said I could get a free grant from the "energy industry" of 40% towards a conservatory, windows or doors. Caller couldn't point me to who this "energy industry" funder is or their website, knew almost nothing about it, nor is any information available on their own website.

So, a mysterious body nobody can name will pay for 40% of a conservatory as part of a "government incentive" to improve home efficiency, but the company cannot tell me who exactly is funding it. Just the "energy industry", and on research I can find no such grant in existence. Very much appears to be a dishonest sales tactic.

The list of concerns does not end there. The website claims they have existed since 2006, however they were only incorporated on companies house on 2nd March 2026. This appears corroborated by the fact the website was created two days later on the 4th March 2026.

Then there are even more apparent anomalies on the website:

Which? Trusted Trader - They are not

I smell a very dodgy company and would strongly advise caution before dealing with them.

I wasn't looking for replacement windows when I received a call but have ended up very happy (especially as I have wanted new windows for 20 + years - though my son would have preferred me to by a new car!)
The two staff who did the initial negotiations and measurements at my home were courteous, professional and friendly.
When I dealt with Inayah, at the office, she was so friendly, professional, personable, helpful and efficient. She could not have done enough. She needs a pay rise!
The fitting was quick and managed by a hard working team who worked long hours - their boss needs to reward them for this.
Having encountered an issue with some replacement glass impacting on my old frames, the issue was quickly resolved and the team even addressed some historic issues that had nothing to do with Greenway Solution Ltd. Top class!
My only minor gripe is around the guy who was chasing me for payment before the fitters had even left - that was not acceptable.
