I bought grexa.ai Rs9999/- per year…
I bought grexa.ai Rs9999/- per year plan for promoting my organic spices business after being convinced by their ai agent.
My ordeal started after purchase of this plan when after hectic effort I was introduced to a human agent who told me that the app would take 45days fro date of purchase to full activate. I had bought on 14-05-26. It’s 24 days since then and I am waiting for it’s getting operational.
The app is limited, you will realise this in shots when you will start functioning on it. The designated human agent will inform you that the facility you are trying to avail is not available in your plan. When you will ask what more is not available he/she will coolly inform you that *he/she would contact team and inform you - which will never happen*
You will be advised to upgrade the app but no body is there to tell you how the upgrade will benefit you.
Funnily, the promoters claim to be serving 360000 small businesses, there is not a single user customer review on their website.
So my dear friends, I have written my personal experience for making you aware of so much hyped marketing app *grexa.ai*
