Whatever you do don’t you, or anyone in your party need to go to A&E close to your visit (unless you’re a mind reader that is) - they won’t let you rearrange your visit unless you give them at least 5 days notice!

I appreciate you’re a small business but really - some compassion goes a long way.

We bought a two season tour voucher as a Christmas gift, after the season had ended in November 2022. Have since discovered it is only valid for 2023 and not 2024 as well. Not only do we feel this was mis-sold but when enquiring about it we simply received the following via email: "Ah well that is a shame, sorry it is not possible to use them". Not only very unhelpful but also dismissive. Disappointed the voucher wasn't vaild for two seasons as stated but now also by their bad attitude.

After doing a vineyard tour in May and purchasing a bottle of the Sparkling Rosé Reserve, and thoroughly enjoying it I ordered 3 more bottles via the Greyfriars website which was easy to do, communication was good and very happily now in receipt of 3 more bottles - cheers!

The weather was fab, which always helps & the ypung man very informative & amusing0

Great tour host! Good fun and lovely wine tasting

A divine afternoon spent in amongst the vines at Greyfriars. The setting is beautiful and the tour was superb. We had a spot of lunch at the Towpath kitchen before the tour, then enjoyed another glass or two in the sunshine after the tour. A lovely lovely experience, and great value for money.

My daughter and I had a lovely couple of hours recently at the vineyard. The guide was knowledgeable and helpful. The weather was fine so it was a pleasure to sit and take the views in at the bar space you have made near the entrance. We plan to come back another day to share a bottle and have some food.

A lovely vineyard with beautiful surroundings. Staff are friendly and very informative. This was a treat for my sister and we had a great afternoon there.

We did one of Greyfriars tours. The guide presented the information with fun and knowledge. They were generous with the tastings. I would definitely recommend. Thoroughly good fun few hours. Will go back and buy wine.

The tour was well organized with lots of useful information. Tour guide was excellent, wines presented were incredible. Venue and grounds are worth the visit.
