Very professional. Got on with the job and produced a report very soon after the inspection was carried out, having already phoned to give me verbal report on the property. The report was well written and easy to comprehend. Their pricing was pretty standard.

Really great experience with Tony and very happy with the detailed report and advice he gave. Managed to get us some money saved on the property from issues he identified.

The people I spoke to in the office, Rita and Sarah, were very friendly and easy to talk to. They explained clearly what the process was. The surveyor was polite and also explained in detail what he had done and what to expect from the survey.
