Very disappointing experience with Grind & Garms.

I placed an order on 27 February and didn’t receive a dispatch update until 6 March. The Royal Mail tracking only ever showed “Sender has despatched item,” which means the shipping label was created but the parcel was never actually handed to Royal Mail.

I contacted Royal Mail directly and they confirmed they had not received the parcel. I emailed the store multiple times but only received generic responses telling me to wait during busy periods. There was no real update about when the item would actually be shipped.

After waiting and getting no proper response, I had to contact my bank to request a refund for an item that was never sent.

Very poor communication and a frustrating experience overall. I would be cautious about ordering from this store.

I ordered the same tracksuit he sent me from cnfans (Chinese vendor) to compare and they are identical and only cost £20

Ordered from Grindandgarms after seeing mixed opinions but I can confidently say everything I received was 100% authentic. Tags, packaging, quality, all legit.

I understand everyone has their own experiences with everything, I can only speak for myself and my experience was smooth and professional. Would personally recommend!

He scammed me. On his website it says 100% Authentic and he gave me a fake tracksuit I’ve legit checked it and now he won’t respond to me

Shocking customer service. I asked beforehand if refunds could be done and the owner stated yes but after order he completely ignored my messages and emails. Do not order if there may be issues with your order as he will go ghost to avoid refunding you your money.

Ordered an essentials ss22 tracksuit was skeptics at first, but wow it came and I couldn’t be happier, it’s amazing so comfortable, came In 2 days definitely recommend

Ordered a grey essentials tracksuit and the quality was awful and i do not recommend purchasing although shipping was ok

Apprehensive at first, however the friendliness of the site reassured me, i ordered 1 essentials short set, and p6000 and airforces, came in double boxed so it protected everything, worth every penny!
