Excellent customer service
Superb customer service. Ordered football kits for the Cyprus men’s walking football team. Fast delivery, good quality kits, and always answered any questions promptly.
Great company to deal with. Bought the first kit in 2025; so impressed, we ordered more kits in 2026!
The squad are really looking forward to wearing them in Spain this year, in the FIWFA Europe Nations cup.

I had a great experience working with Hammad at Grip Active. Throughout my order he was incredibly patient, helpful, and professional. I needed quite a few changes and adjustments along the way, and even though the process took a bit longer on my end, he remained respectful, understanding, and supportive the whole time.
Hammad was always willing to help, quick to respond, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. It’s rare to come across someone who is both so accommodating and genuinely pleasant to deal with.
Really appreciate the effort and customer service — thank you again, Hammad.

We ordered one GK kit for our soccer team. The kit looks great, exactly like the photos when designing it. We ordered from the USA and shipping was faster than expected.
We’ll likely be ordering the full team new kits from GripActive!

The whole process was very smooth
The whole process was very smooth, they were very patient with us as we were waiting on a sponsor so it took a few weeks to finalize the product. Communication was great and we ended up getting our kits right before the season here in the USA!
