This is the first we have heard of an issue with this order, we receive hundreds of orders and cannot track the status of each once we ship them out.
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of being placed and express delivery typically arrives in 24-48 hours so you should have received it by now.

My grandson asked for grippy football socks for Easter. I searched in all the sports shops locally and did not find. So pleased I found on line. Good service arrived quickly, it was after Easter but that was my fault. Grandson loves.
