We made a last minute decision to go to Mount Buller, Paul was so accommodating to assist us and manage to get us a van to accommodate all 9 of us. Mehdi our driver was superb. Please commend him on our behalf. Thank you for giving us an enjoyable and unforgettable experience in Mount Buller. You guys are awesome.

We used this company for a staff outing. The driver was lovely and very accommodating with all our requests. He was very prompt and waited at each location for us to be ready to travel to the next destination. The minibus was a very generous size for just 9 of us. Very happy with the service provided

Had a company trip over two days and…
Had a company trip over two days and Group Transport were so helpful leading up to our event: answering all questions and catering to alterations. On the day transfers were smooth, timely and flexible as we ran a little overtime on occasion. Would thoroughly recommend and will be using again in the future!

Right on schedule!
Paul & Danny were quick with quoting, reasonably priced & great with communication. I ran two identical day trip wine tours with 43 passengers on each for our social club. I was very pleased with our drivers, Keiron on the first occasion and Ivan on the second. Right on schedule!

good price, driver didnt speak english did the job
The bus arrived half an hour early, it was clean with seat belts. The driver found his way to the location approximately 1.5 hours away. Group transport matched the lowest price we got. The driver was Chinese, spoke almost no english - used google translate to communicate, smelled of cigarette smoke and had no personal hygiene when he was sneezing everywhere to the distress of some of the passengers. We had 12 people, 11 in the back and 1 in front seat beside driver. Lucky we didn't have the football team as seating is cosy.

With regards to your comments about the driver, apologies is this were the case. This seems very out of character as we work along this depot on a daily basis and often receive great feedback about the drivers. (Maybe it was a stand-in driver in this instance).
Thanks for your feedback about how clean the vehicle was and the punctuality of the driver. Your points will be noted with the depot.
Relatives had a very good experience
I didn’t use their services but had organised it on behalf of my family for an interstate day trip. The feedback I got was that the trip went very smoothly and the driver, Kevin, was very lovely and accommodating. My older relatives were impressed with the good price as they had previously used other transport companies and compared it to this one. We will continue to use Group Transport Australia for any future trips :) 10/10!

Everything went well
Everything went well: booking details were clearly communicated and the driver contact was given two days prior so that we were able to contact the driver Sean to make sure he had the trip booked. Sean was a very kind and experienced driver, even contacted the McDonalds in Picton for our large group's arrival.

Great service, great value for money.
Group Transport Australia was a great choice for our tour to Cherbourg in May 2025. We needed to change the tour date several times and the company was very understanding and flexible. On the day, the pickups were all on-time and efficient. The driver, Keiron is to be congratulated on his excellent customer service (as well as his great driving skills). We recently traveled with Group Transport Australia and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The bus arrived right on time, and everything ran smoothly throughout our journey.
Our driver was not only skilled but also friendly and helpful, especially with assisting our senior passengers on and off the bus safely and comfortably.
The coach itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making for a pleasant and relaxing trip.
A big thank you to Group transport Australia for their service! We will definitely be traveling with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly coach service.
