I was so happy to order new products and to get a free washbag. I ordered products for 100+ euro's. After paying and getting a discount, I saw the price I payed was 89,90 euro's and gone was the free washbag that was free by order of 90+ euro. I reacted immediat, but the reaction was no and stayed no.

I made my first purchase with Grown Alchemist last month. I have never received the product and the tracking number is stuck in some weird space where it is not moving through the USPS system. I have asked Grown Alchemist to look into this and either ship my product again or tell me when I will receive my original order. Despite two Emails several days apart, I have not even received the courtesy of an answer from Grown Alchemist. I would strongly suggest staying away from this brand.

I’ve admired Grown Alchemist from afar for their branding and quality ingredients but never actually purchased anything as I am a regular customer of Aesop. But I saw it as an alternative and decided to try its liquid soap since it is less expensive than Aesop, however after ordering two bottles of their liquid soap on 13 Dec and expected to receive it in a week’s time like the facial cleanser I purchased in Nov. I understood that when I ordered it was just over a week to Xmas and that shipping times can be extended but by 23 Dec I checked Aus post tracking and it had shown it had reached my state and was being held and that a customer inquiry had been lodged. I reached out to customer service and an agent named, Ingrid, advised that once the delivery had left them they couldn’t do anything and asked if I had lodged the inquiry with Aus post. How ridiculous! They are the sender and they need to make inquiries about why their customer has not received an order! Aus post even advised that if I have not received an order, ask the sender to make an inquiry.
That is what I have experienced from reputable brands, they hold responsibility and uphold it by making an inquiry to Aus post as to why an order has not reached a customer. They don’t ask the customer to follow up on their own.
In the end, I requested a refund and that at least was processed promptly. That’s the only thing they did well. So long GA, forever Aesop for me.

Gorgeous products and packaging. A brilliant range of body and skin care, catering to all needs. All of the products smell beautiful and in very stylish packaging, but with the substance to back it up; great quality ingredients and formulas and for me, the cruelty free is a must and very reassuring. A very conscious company.

I was introduced to Grown Alchemist by my friend and OMG, I fell in love with the products right away. The smell is absolutely divine, the texture is fabulous, and my skin loves the feel of the products as they are simply good enough to eat. They give quite luxurious experience. Superb.

Use grown alchemist hand wash, shower gels etc regularly. They are great. Very lux. Highly recommended.

Don’t sleep on the polishing facial exfoliant - a gentle but effective exfoliator that’s transformed my skin. Love the hand washes too, gorgeous packaging looks so chic on the bathroom shelf.

So happy when I came across Grown Alchemist - I was looking for new products that worked, had great fragrances and looked stylish in my home (it makes all the difference). Love the packaging and love how everything is plant based - pretty sure nearly all their range is vegan too which is a bonus for my other half.
Personal fav is the Polishing Exfoliator in the blue tube and the Invigorate Hand wash smells AMAZING.

Awesome products, gorgeous packaging. Their serums are a cult product. The best I've ever used! Handwash is also a must in our house.

I have been using Grown Alchemist products for over 2 years. From their gentle gel face wash to moisturisers, primers, even sun cream - I love the entire range. For more mature skin that has been neglected previously I wouldn’t use anything else now. They even smell great, subtle and not artificial at all!

Arrived beautifully packaged. Great quality products. Especially love the serums and night cream. Love the slick packaging, and everyone I’ve given the items as gifts have loved them. I love the look of the hand washes and body washes in my bathroom too. Will buy again and again.

GA skin renewal facial oil has been a game changer, without the greasy feel this oil leaves my skin smooth, bright and rehydrated, use it every day. Together with the GA skin defence primer my skin and face are looking and feeling so much better.

Poor customer service. They shipped two broken bottles of soap, which leaked soap through the package. Customer service was cold, unapologetic and refused to replace/refund broken items. The customer service agent never apologized for the inconvenience, nor did they take me at my word, despite sending them photos. I was persistent and eventually prevailed. However, the experience really stuck with me. I was tempted to order more soap today, but the idea of supporting this company despite liking the product, doesn’t feel right.

I just had to share how much I love Grown Alchemist. I’ve recently discovered them and I’m honestly obsessed. The Exfoliating Hand Wash is the best I’ve ever used and makes no mess unlike Aesop – it smells amazing and makes my hands feel so soft and clean without drying them out. I actually look forward to using it!

Also completely hooked on the Primer – it’s become a proper staple in my routine. I use it on makeup-free days because it gives such a lovely glow, and it sits perfectly under makeup too. The scent is gorgeous and feels so calming.

The packaging is also right up my street – clean, minimal and just really beautiful. Everything about the brand feels thoughtful and high quality. I’ll definitely be buying more!

Ordered online. Products came the next day! Particularly enjoying the polishing exfoliant in the blue tube. Skin feels smooth and glowy with feeling irritated and dry.

Just received cleanser & handcream. Also received free sample sizes of day & night cream & primer. Love the cleanser! Doesn’t leave my skin tight & dry like so many others. Skin still feels super clean & fresh.
Night cream divine! Rich, luxurious but not oily. Hand cream divine. Same as above. Love the scent of all items. Subtle but comforting. Haven’t tried day cream or primer yet but suspecting as good as the others. Skin feels fresh & well nourished. Tried so many over the years. My favourite is Yves Rocher but can’t buy in Australia. I think I’ve found a match finally.

love this brand. Great products, well priced for the quality. Personal favourties are the hand cream (black tube) face oil, gel facial cleanser. They are so good for my skin.
