Terrible experience
Terrible experience. My company recently started using their services. It's been more than month since I submitted my request, and they still can't deliver a laptop to a Central European country.

Terrible experience. My company recently started using their services. It's been more than month since I submitted my request, and they still can't deliver a laptop to a Central European country.
We recently had an international new hire who was anticipated to start in Argentina, and Growrk worked extremely fast to get the device in stock for our company. We later found out that he was located in Spain and had to work quick to procure another device in that country to make sure he could start on time. The Growrk team moved mountains for us to get the device in stock at their warehouse to ship out to the new hire. Super grateful for the help from the Growrk team to get it all done!
GroWrk, a great solution for a global economy. The team has been great to work with. Their staff is reliable, friendly, and professional.

The company is easy to work with - easy to onboard and overall has allowed us to grow globally at a far faster rate.
We found GroWork very helpful to buy on a need-by-need basis equipment for our remote team members in LATAM.
However, as a full-service plan, there are other competitors in the market that offer a more complete service.
While getting setup was difficult, their support was communicative and helpful. Even though we're using their a-la-carte service, they still had a person dedicated to helping us get setup and running. They were patient and kept circling back with us to ensure things were working well.
We have been working with Growrk for over a year in Mexico and India, in general terms we get a good enough service, the portal is good and we have the information available but there are errors on how the information is uploaded, it took over a year to have it fully updated, also we had a lot of issues with them in Mexico, the partner they use to store and manage our hardware is quite complicated to work with, their SLA for shipping is two weeks, but usually the shipments arrive a couple days after they're shipped, India has been faster and better in communication and delivery but you still get the same official 2 weeks SLA so I have to ask about updates on daily basis to make sure it's done as fast as possible, I definitely think the service could be way better but also could be worst
Our company has partnered with GroWrk for a few years now. We've have seen them actively update the platform over the past few years. It has become easier to use and we are able to provide our remote workers with everything they need anywhere in the world! Besides that, GroWrk has been great at communication, allowing us to reach out at any time and help us to solve any issues we may have or create ways to get devices to users quicker. We're so happy to partner with GroWrk!
Completed onboarding and a trial with Growrk and their customer support team. GroWrk Platform is very detailed in product history and chain of custody, support is always there for quick responsive and support. Special shoutout to Paul M. who was invaluable during the process and got all our answers and problems resolved.

As I never use my personal email address for work this is a hard strike against them.

As an IT analyst, I’ve worked with a lot of service providers, but Growkr has really stood out. We’ve used them across Brazil, Mexico, the US, and Europe, and honestly, they’ve been fantastic every step of the way. They take amazing care of our computers—everything is delivered in perfect condition, set up properly, and ready to go. It’s such a relief to know I don’t have to double-check everything myself!
