This is as good as it gets. I've read hundreds of business books, looked at other coaching /scaling courses. There is room for improvement, of course, but I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone who wants to take their business to the next level.

I have to say this was an eye opening experience. This course enabled our organization to take a honest look at ourselves in the mirror and really asses who we are, where we are heading, and to recognize we had gotten away from our core principles. The shift in our focus will propel use to exponential growth in the near term and has allowed us to open the level of communication within our executive growth which will allow us to scale. If there was a downside, I believe we lost momentum about 3/4 of the way through but we are putting in the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings to get us back on track.

This session was groundbreaking! It is a MUST for any organization on the path to success or one that wishes to soar past the competition.

The course was great, just as expected. Lots of relevant information and above all a structured "language" on which we can rely to communicate with the team. Nice balance between taped presentations and live sessions, which were well conducted and productive. Also home work was to the point and useful.

Hyped up to be a revolutionary course, but the actual course was very uninspiring with very little value. came away underwhelmed and wishing we hadn't spent the cash.

Hello, I didn't get any value from this course. Course was very generic and could have fit all the content into 1 session. Definitely would not recommend this course to others. I'd like a refund.

The recording were probably most useful and informative. The live lessons were helpful, but not a lot of "meat" or tools to help move the organization significantly as was expected from the cost of the training. Was hoping for more help with building blocks, tools, etc. not just stories and theory. I get that it is tough with various industries to get too deep in the weeds.

Helpful for new sales managers.

Presentations and ideas presented were very powerful. As a new sales manager with little experience, this course was massive in terms of showing the way to running a successful sales team.

Super Course. I learned a number of tools and techniques that will serve me well. The course provided great resources for download.

Excellent course to help companies to grow up

The session was good and my recommendation for improvement is to have the live session build off of the videos. It was very repetitive, almost word by word. Would have loved to have more case studies or bring in a guest that could tell their culture renovation story.

The best part of the course was to be comprehensive and based on a management model and system. I have learned many things and had a good experience with this holistic approach. Thank you so much.

The recorded videos cover almost 80% of the live sessions. Herb & Ximena handled the sessions well but I felt that more breakout rooms activities would have opened up the group.

4 mastermind sessions are definitely less.

Very thorough and organized. I like the presentation. It felt like a lot but I see and experienced the value in putting the time in. But, the challenge still remains to be able to pull away from the day to day to invest the time here. I was a little behind when starting off so I was playing catch up from the first moment but overall grateful to Xime for helping to keep us in line and get us up to speed quickly on expectations. Really appreciate Herb for all the education and expertise shared. Big shout out to our mastermind Coach Brian Keagan for handling our lively crew on our 1:1s. He's helped to bring clarity to important evolution that we are trying to achieve with out meeting cadence and helped us see that we are actually in a good spot in comparison to startups our age. That was a big piece to help our team's moral as we work through fixing some of our gaps needed in order to scale. Mobile App accessibility would be the only piece that would take this to the next level and assist to provide convenience. The mobile access to the site isn't the most user friendly but i was able to make it work to be able to listen to my videos. Truly grateful for the opportunity to scale up with the growth institute and this is very valuable to the future of our business. I'm looking forward to our quarterly business review this week for the company to work as a team to update our OPSP and other tools in align.
