Great from start to finish

From the beginning of our interactions, when I submitted a request for a bid, all the way up to receiving the product today, this process was probably the best I have ever experienced with any supplier. I mean it. Speedy replies, thorough communications, they never pestered me, and went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed. The clarity of communications was surprisingly strong, production and shipping speed literally puts most every other supplier I work with to shame, and the quality of the finished pins? Second to none. I can be fairly picky, but I am completely without a reason to be anything but fully delighted. By the way, the price was so low that it doesn’t seem fair. I don’t know how they do it, but I am now a devoted and happy customer.

Sally provided rapid turnaround of our design idea with good quality production options, and then when we were faced with a barrier in placing an order from the UK, she immediately took over and removed the barrier so we could complete the order.

I ordered 100 pin badges from them and the whole process from start to finish was first class. Constant professional communication, lots of updates, and always someone to answer my questions.

The badges arrived two weeks early and are excellent quality for the price I paid for them. No doubt I will be ordering again from them once I need more.

I was assisted by Rachel, who was very thorough and prompt when I had questions and updates. Everything was clear and easy in the process.

I know the quality of the work they do is incredible as we use this supplier for our charity event each year, and I look forwards to using them more in the future!

On both ocassions I have dealt with Penny, who very kindly and patiently made several adjustments to my design which came out brilliantly.

Penny has been very responsive and easy to speak to, I will most certainly be back for more products in the near future.

Superb customer service and very professional! Very timely in responding. Absolutely recommend these if you want to make a custom patch
