I’ve ordered from GUAPI regularly and I love this brand! The denim quality is top and delivery was fast. Big shoutout to Gagan from CS for handling my request with such a cool, helpful vibe. Always a smooth experience, highly recommended if you want great gear!
I love my guapi brand but as a company they don’t really care .. I’ve ordered over 25 times from them and I’ve had two incidents that is making me now leave guapi ..once had a shipping problem took 6 months to get resolution . Now I preordered jeans in nov that they said would take 3 months .. I haven’t received my jeans no emails answered but they got them for sell on there site

Placed an order and received the package. Upon receiving the package , an item was missing. I reached out to guapi and explained that I recieved the package but an item was missing. There was a total of 9 item, but I only received 8. They said i have to file a POLICE REPORT FOR THE MISSING ITEM. I checked the website and the item was sold out. I know they just did not have any more to fill my ordered and then wanted to blame the courier for what they did. This was so wrong in so many ways. The missing piece was a set for my son's birthday. Ii had a matching set and his cousin also got a matching set. Now we have to get new sets for his birthday.
I had an awful experience with this company. I placed an order and received the wrong items in the wrong size. I contacted them, and it took three weeks to get a reply. When they finally responded, they offered to replace the items, but it took another two weeks for the new shipment to arrive.
When the replacement finally came, the product was damaged, broken, and of very poor quality. I tried to return it, and once again, the response time was terrible — it took them forever to reply, and they never provided a proper solution.
Customer service is horrible, product quality is extremely poor, and communication is painfully slow. I absolutely do not recommend buying from this store under any circumstances.

I recently placed an order on this website, and instead of receiving a proper update via email, to informed that one of the items I ordered was no longer available. On top of that, they sent me the wrong size—four extra-large instead of my actual size, which is extra-large. Trying to get in touch with their customer service has been extremely frustrating. When I finally managed to receive a response to one of my emails, the representative Dexter GUAPI Support Team offered me a mere 5% discount on a future order and told me to keep the incorrect shirt. That 5% discount amounted to just $1.74. I strongly advise against shopping with this company. Their lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and disregard for customers make it clear they are not trustworthy. Avoid these fake brands at all costs.

I ordered an outfit for my sons 4th birthday did express shipping and they took the money off of my card without even giving me so much as a confirmation email or text it took me to email them numerous times to even get a response . They claimed to have not received my order which was of no error of my own but still took my money ! We still have not yet reached a solution . I do not recommend anyone to order off of this site

The outfit was exactly what I saw n its fit ok just the jacked the sleeve was long so next time I know I got to buy the jeans xl and the jacket in large so the sleeve fits better...but over all good buy n still looking for their restock to buy again

Guapi and their delivery provider delivered our order to the wrong address and they have proof of this. Despite numerous emails and 2 weeks after this occurred we still do not have an explanation, refund or replacement. Please be careful as they don't appear to want to help resolve this. I am in the process of taking legal action.

Yo, what’s up everyone. So, as you all are, currently; I ordered some stuff from the Black Friday sale on November 30th and had to wait almost three months to receive my items.
FedEx declared my package missing about a month after my claim and informed me that Guapi has also filed a claim.
In the beginning of my two-month-long-battle, Guapi was responsive, but not cohesive or understanding in my concerns.
Eventually, my first order of three items was declared lost for good and did not arrive (this was FedEx’s fault, however not Guapi’s).
I asked Guapi for replacement, then they went silent on me for about a week and a half.
After all said and done, they sent a replacement, but that also got lost in the FedEx warehouse for a while, also I asked for a refund after many attempts of trying for them to send a replacement, after all they did send a replacement, but still used FedEx and I had to battle for weeks for a refund or replacement.
In the end, everything did work out, about two days ago, I recieved a call from their customer support team offering me a free shirt and a discount for my troubles, which is all I wanted.
In a world full of soulless corporations, the fact that they called me and handled the situation 100% makes up for all of the headache.
Seriously, I was thinking about never ordering again-even though it was my first time ordering anyway.
They made up for it and showed that they truly care, this is how a company should operate.
Thanks to the Guapi support team and everyone involved in helping correct my experience.

I ordered three items from Guapi but one was out of stock. Instead of issuing a refund they tried to force store credit on me. After multiple emails they finally refunded the out of stock item but only after I insisted.
Of the two items I received one ran small so I initiated a return for an exchange. They provided a return label and my package was successfully delivered to their warehouse. I waited over a week before following up only to be told they already refunded me but the only refund I received was for the out of stock item not the return. I never requested a refund just a size exchange yet they completely ignored this and kept my money.
This company is running shady business practices and misleading customers. I highly recommend reporting them to the FTC for their deceptive behavior. Stay far away unless you want to risk losing your money

I ordered an item on 1/18 it is now 1/2 and nothing has been shipped out. I had to contact them all for them to tell me they had “technical difficulties” with the assigned courier. So if I didn’t reach out I’d STILL be waiting on shipment! Very annoying and unprofessional. They offer to give give you store credit instead of your money back lol and won’t accommodate you with overnight shipping even though it’s their fault your package didn’t ship out in the first place. Guapi basically ruined my birthday. And I will NEVER order from them again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
