I was contacted by a sales rep regarding coverage for utility line issues running from my home to the street. It was explained to me that this is something that many people either are not aware of or don’t fully understand! Thanks to Guardian I am now relieved of the potential stress and expense of an unexpected disaster should it occur.

No hesitation!
The enrollment process was straightforward and very easy! The plan is economical, especially considering that it’s most likely an add-on that many homeowners haven’t made a priority. There are so many unexpected things involved in property maintenance. This is a great warranty to have in place.

It was fast and easy to sign up for your payment plan. I didn't have the money to pay in one lump sum. When I saw you had a payment plan I was happy to sign up for a warranty plan. I made a mistake with the name. I asked for help and was called back the associate who called me was happy to make the changes for me.
I love you warranty plan

Plan Choice Assistance
I couldn't decide which plan made the most sense for my home but was able to quickly / easily connect with a rep on the team who took all the time I needed to talk through plans and find the one that made the most sense. I spoke directly with the head of customer service and he couldn't have been more helpful! Would 100 / 10 recommend.

Signing up
Basically just signed up for service. Have not had to use the service yet but the sign up process was quick and easy. I hope I never need the service but it gives me peace of mind to know that if I ever do it’s there!

I'm so confused
I'm so confused. I went through the process to buy your product then I can not get anyone to confirm what I bought. Then I keep getting messages stating I need to buy more. Very disappointed. Usually, when you buy a product, the first step of satifaction is being confident you bought the right product... not the case with yours. I'm still confused and have no idea if I will be covered or not.

Declaration of Coverage
I recently joined. I didn’t see my declaration of coverage. I phoned and Peter Kerr answered my call. He resent it to me and called me back to make sure I received it. It was in my spam folder. He was so polite and helpful. Listened to my concerns I had with a previous company.
He made me feel so much better choosing Guardian. I hope I don’t need your services if something happens but feel blessed knowing it will be taken care of.
