I ordered a duvet and Egyptian Cotton fitted sheet before 10 on Friday. It was delivered to me the very next day!!! Excellent quality at reasonable prices. Great communication from payment to delivery... Ver mais

Guiney's has been a household name in Ireland for over 50 years. Specialising first in value bedding and home furnishings in the 1970's in Dublin, Guiney's expanded it's range of products to include Curtains, Baby Bedding & Clothing, Homewares, as well as Women's and Men's Fashion. Guiney's also opened more stores outside of Dublin starting with Cork in the 90's followed by Waterford, Tralee, Castlebar, Limerick, Clonmel, Mullingar, Kilkenny, Dundalk and, most recently, Belfast in 2018. Guiney's opened it's online store in 2012 offering a quick and reliable delivery service to all counties in Ireland for most of it's great range of value products.

In shop they told that i would receive…

In shop they told that i would receive my parcel in 1-4 days. I'm still waiting after a full week.

I ordered a large Guinness suitcase and belt at a reasonable price, and communication about the order status and expected delivery was good. DPD delivered it three days later, but the case arrived wrapped only in a plastic bag with the retailer’s name on the tape, and it was damaged and marked.
I’m not sure whether it was sent out in that condition or damaged in transit, but either way the packaging was not suitable. I contacted the store by email and sent photos, and they offered a return and replacement. However, they could not confirm that a replacement would arrive before my trip.
I was then offered a 15% refund, which was €8.99. In hindsight, I should have returned it and bought elsewhere. I was surprised Guinness allowed their name to be used on this product, as the quality was poor compared with cases at the same price in my local store and even in Dunnes Stores.

Belt is advertised as leather but id say its synthetic material, does not look or feel leather

Still waiting for a vat receipt after…

Still waiting for a vat receipt after asking for it via info@ email as it was an online purchase. Tried ringing the support number gave up waiting 7 minutes.
Deliver and product was very good but after sales service is very disappointing.
