Amazing F1 Hungary experience. Information well in advance. Friendly tour staff. Good event pre drinks. Fabulous F1. All in all very very good. Booking process easy staff brilliant. Will definitely use again for sporting trips.

We’re just back from our 1st F1 event, the Hungarian Grand Prix. Gulivers travel where exceptional, from ease of booking and updates prior to the trip to the well oiled machine that is the race weekend itself. Literally picked up and dropped off when and where we needed to be. Our guide, Nuno was great. Very knowledgeable but also a true F1 fan.
Would highly recommend and will be booking with them again.

Booked the SPA Grand Prix, great customer service from start to end. Nothing left to chance, we were very well catered for and treated to a first class service. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I cannot fault anything here. Even when our flight got cancelled due to what going on over in the Middle East Gullivers managed to sort everything for us with no dramas. Everything was pain free and super simple.

The communication was outstanding, it was often and concise with numbers to text etc, if we couldnt get what we needed. Also, the onsite presence was brilliant. Melissa and Sally were so helpful.

First time using Gullivers travel for a surprise football game in Germany.
They were very helpful post purchase and were able to give guidance on where to drop bags etc. the hotel used in the booking was excellent too.

Choosing a hotel with no bar or bars nearby - it was a rugby tour!

Applying single supplements when the hotel does not, as I discovered on the recent lions tour, but at least the hotel had a good bar and plenty of bars close by.

Tickets were very poor. Tickets were ‘blocked’ at the gate, was barred access. Missed the Kick Off. Supposed to be Cat1 seats. They weren’t. Email response the same as many others readily available to read, in basic terms Gullivers are disappointed but it not their fault and nothing else will be done for you.

Went to the first Perth Ashes test with Gullivers. The accommodation was great and pleased with that. Perhaps as we were only on the ticket and hotel for one test, communication and information prior to the trip was very limited from Gullivers, including around receiving the tickets prior to travel.

The refund received seemed much lower than the amount we paid for a better category of tickets. I have attempted to contact Gullivers multiple times for clarity on what the ticket cost included to account for this difference. I've received no response to any of these attempts at contacting them for clarity on this difference in actual ticket price, compared to the price charged by Gullivers, particularly given we received no support or communication from anyone at Gullivers that could explain the additional costs.

Edit: Following response here, I tried emailing again twice, to still receive no response from Gullivers

The seats for the match were not sat together, I thought this was poor

Enjoyed a fantastic trip to Rome for the six nations with Gullivers (shame about the result). I badly sprained my ankle and Rob and the rest of the team where very helpful getting me back to the UK.
