Hi,

You're right to be annoyed — a package going to the wrong address is a delivery failure, and even when the courier makes the mistake, we chose the courier. So it's ours to fix.

Write to us at hello@gulytoys.com with your order number and we'll sort it out directly: we'll chase the package with the carrier and redirect it to you, or ship a replacement — whichever gets it into your hands faster.

Sorry for the hassle. Your build should be on your desk by now, not stuck in transit.

Hi Jose,

Thank you for this. It's the most detailed feedback we've received, and you clearly put real time into it — the build and the review. That deserves a proper answer, not a template.

You're right about the manual: some perspective views don't show the connections clearly enough, and the light-blue marking for completed sections loses its purpose where the contrast is missing. Both are going to our production team as specific items.

The connection tightness is the one we take most seriously. A finished model should feel solid — doors that stay in place, suspension that works as designed. When the fit doesn't hold, it undermines the hours you put in, and we understand why that decided your rating.

Hi,

Thank you for the detail — honestly, this is the kind of feedback we need, even when it's hard to read.

You're right on both counts. Hunting for pegs across fifteen bags on step one is frustrating, and a sticker labelled 2 that's actually 32 shouldn't have made it past quality control. We're sending both issues to our production team — the bag sequencing and the manual — so they get fixed for the next run.
