Great software with awesome features and customisation

Great company, great support, great service...

Gunbot is an exciting project but having both it's advantages and downsides.
Advantages:
First, I very like the idea of having a lifetime license instead of doing regular subscription payments. Second, bot can be deployed on your home computer or it could be run on the VPS. But personally I like that I'm able to control it by myself.
Third, it supports lots of Exchanges and process of connection to Exchange is not difficult.
Fourth, the support works well (maybe the response time is not always fast) but guys are really providing the options on what can be done and sharing their expertise, in other words, it is helpful!
Fifth, you can create your custom strategies, and work directly with configuration code.
Disadvantages:
First, some strategies are developed by the community and they should be purchased separately. You realize that only when you are starting to use the tool.
Second, documentation is not fully covering all the aspects you need to know. In other words, it is not a simple task to find the things you need there.
Third, tool is not "user friendly". This is much more comprehensive than many open source products but it is far away from the top notch commercial products. Sometimes you just don't understand what to look for and where to find that.
Fourth, documentation sometimes not cover the latest versions of the tool. Same goes with YouTube videos, if to look at the older video trainings, you realize that you don't see those mentioned things in the current version.
Fifth, there are no templates. It is explained that market conditions are changing and it is not possible to provide recommended trading settings. Thus, be ready to study in-depth the settings by yourself and experiment with those at your own risk. Certainly you can do the backtesting but it does not guarantee results in the future.
Sixth, I have additionally purchased the machinegun strategy developed by community. It is having tons of parameters, but it is positioned as pre-configured, meaning that you can but not supposed to make any configuration changes, which is brilliant. The only thing you should specify is investing amount. But it appears that for many tradable pairs, the strategy does not run in normal mode until you are not ensuring sufficient investment. And if you experiment with investment size, it appears that it might require 5K-25K USDT per single trading pair to run the strategy.
Conclusion: I won't recommend the tool for newbies and persons not having at least some technical background. When you are buying the tool, you are not buying an "Earn" button - you should be ready to invest a lot of time to going deep into configuring strategies, testing your ideas, communicating with support, etc. However, the tool is powerful and I think that if you need to have a platform for automation of your trading experiments, this can be helpful for you.

Strong support. Powerful tool. Worth the effort.

I’ve been using Gunbot for quite some time, and it has been a solid trading tool for me. The interface is easy enough to pick up, but it’s definitely not for complete beginners who have no trading experience. You still need to think things through and apply your own knowledge to get the best results from its many features and settings. In terms of performance, it has been consistent, and I’ve rarely run into issues. When I did have questions, the support team responded quickly and helped me out. If you know your way around trading and want a bot that offers flexibility, Gunbot is a good choice.

Just one day user. Soft is impressive it is most advanced bot I have at the moment.

excellent experience

1. "Oops, we ran into a problem." After the bot is running for about 15 seconds
2. Grid bot has no high and low price conditions and maybe no way to add an extra line or trail up and down. Or change the high and low lines while bot is active.
3. Bot will not place limit trades, only market.
4. Even if backtesting was working, it will not tell the number of trades and total profit from backtest. Also, there is no button to begin backtest, with the results displaying after it is finished. I have tried many bots, and they all do that. Without that, we will not even know if it is really backtesting.
5. On the front of the Gui, there are some bots results or something displaying that I have no idea who they belong to. They are not mine.
5. No forums or anyway to talk to other users about the bot problems.
These are some of the problems and there may be more.

The software is amazing and the support is really responsive when any issue arise.

I've been using Gunbot for years and it has evolved a lot over the time.

The lifetime license is great as the program gets better and better without further costs.

The community and devs are super helpful and supportive.

The bot itself does what it says on the tin.

I'm my case it has returned it's cost many times over.

I have been using Gunbot for almost a year now; its performance is remarkable and automation makes it a real money maker with added peace of mind.
The team is very supportive and the documentation is excellent.
Still more valuable features can be added that I am looking forward to see.

Complex setup from a highly skilled and patient team. Uri gets a special shout out from me for his heroic problem solving input. I’m a relative newcomer to Crypto (2022). An automated bot trading seemed like a logical next step from manual trades and DCA.
My first experience of Gunbot didn’t go as well as I'd hoped, whilst the initial basic setup worked ok. I upgraded from a basic to ultimate licence using the cyber week deal. Then the bot stopped working. I probably changed too many things behind the scene and broke my install, I didn't realise the upgrade is applied automatically to my Gunthy Wallet with tokens. I raised a support ticket and Uri solved my issue successfully and impressively, and my issues were not straightforward.
Next I bought a licence for MachineGun trading strategy, which is a community driven add-on to Gunbot at extra cost - again using Gunthy tokens.
Obviously it's too soon to see profit yet but hope to see gains soon.

Conclusion: It's not cheap (but cyber week helped with that). Do your research before implementing this bot and read all instructions properly. Great support team is available to resolve issues.

Quick and prompt response, great customer support

It is just very expensive (200 dollar for just one strategy) i used it for a day, and it started to say that I dont have the licence to use it, making me loose even more money,

Also, i made a strategy on gunbot with steprid that works just as well, maybe better, so i migt end up not using it..

That being said, i love how fast gunbot workers respond, an they are always kind and helpfull.

Customer support is top notch.

Uri is always my best seller :D He do a great job and help me do get start with all.

Everything went smooth with the license upgrade and connecting a new main CEX, except for the extra tokens that were needed for license verification they forgot. After having contacted the support they fixed it.
