Absolute rip-off merchants. Sent out engineers to fault find on my treadmill. They took away a part only to return it to say it wasn't faulty. They then wanted me to pay them again to come and do some more 'fault finding'. "Well it must be the motor then" they said. That will be £2k plus vat and fitting. Bunch of jokers.

GymFit is a long-established business-to-business organisation operating in a highly technical industry, with many thousands of satisfied customers. We take our reputation extremely seriously and will always challenge statements that we consider to be inaccurate, unfair or damaging.
The customer was offered an initial on-site machine inspection, which was declined. The customer instead chose to send an electronic unit to us for repair. That unit was repaired, tested and returned.
The customer then fitted the repaired unit themselves, despite having no formal training on this equipment. Once fitted, the machine presented with further faults, indicating that there were additional issues present beyond the original electronic repair.
The customer later accepted an on-site inspection. During that visit, at least two further faults were identified. The repaired unit was also removed for further inspection, in case the other faults had caused it to fail again.
The customer was advised that further diagnosis was required. In an effort to assist, we contacted the original equipment manufacturer for additional diagnostic support at no extra charge. The manufacturer confirmed the cost of the spare parts required to resolve the issue.
The customer then decided not to proceed with the repair due to the cost of the required parts.
We do not generally conduct detailed customer disputes online. However, where a review presents an incomplete or misleading account, we believe it is important to set out the facts clearly.
We are satisfied that GymFit acted professionally, fairly and in good faith throughout.

Köp inget från gymfit deras varor håller inte alls den kvaliten som dem påstår, dem är riktiga bedragare, först tog skor jag beställde en hel månad sen när dem väl kom så blev jag helt chokat.
kunde själv tillverka dessa skor med lite tyg och plast kändes det som, skorna var löjligt dåliga :(.

Gymfit bluff!
Gymfit vill att jag ska skicka tillbaka paketet till Kina en kostnad på ca 500kr och påstår att återbetalningen tar 2 till 5 dagar (bluff) det tar minst en vecka bara för paketet att komma fram.
Handla inte på Gymfit ni blir lurade.

Ett riktigt uselt företag och detsamma gäller kvalitén på produkterna! Ett uppriktigt skämt! Leveranstiden är bland det längsta jag upplevt!
Dessutom förbannat dyrt för riktigt usel kvalitet! Är varorna från Wish?
Satsa på en mer erkänd väletablerad och välkänd webbsajt och undvik att beställa dina produkter/varor från Gymfi!
De borde f*nimej skämmas!

no return/exchange/refund. the sizes are not standard. always go for a bigger size. the cloth is very thin and translusent. don't buy with expectations.
their helpdesk email id also doesn't work. It's a complete fraud.

ICG IC7 Spin Bike Timing Belt
Communication wasn't great and courier charge a little on the expensive side for this day and age but got my belt a lot quicker than I could have gotten it from the manufacturer in Germany for only a few pounds more.
Belt looks to be a legitimate part manufactured by Optibelts for ICG.

This review is unsubstantiated and erroneous. It is disappointing Trustpilot allow unverified reviews of companies that can clearly damage reputation established over many years.
This reviewer is not reviewing www.gym-fit.co.uk
Trustpilot should take more care allowing such defamation to take place on it's shoddy platform.
