I ordered x2 batches of x20 pcs of branded ChalkBuddys for my business, the first batch was good, second batch not so good. I sent photos to the company showing them all the defects. There was ripples, dents, marks and lots of sharp bits, which only had to be sanded to make soft. More importantly, they packed these items up to a potentially big customer knowing that these products were defected and not up to standard. This went on for a few days and the company blamed the type of 3d filament that was used, which was the colour they suggested first of all. What didn’t make sense though is that the first batch was good. In the end, we agreed to change colour and filament, and they reluctantly sent replacements which was fine and I appreciated. As a small business owner myself I completely understand that some things are trial and error, but I would never send faulty items to any customer, especially not a wholesale customer who is showcasing my brand.
Anyway, they did send replacements which I was grateful for, and these were much better.
A few weeks later, I contacted them again to place another order and was completely ignored.
Unfortunately this sums this company up, very unprofessional.

We’re disappointed to see this feedback being posted several months after the matter in question was raised and fully resolved, as it does not accurately reflect the outcome of the situation.
For clarity and transparency:
• Two wholesale batches were ordered.
• The concerns raised related to visual appearance only, not functionality or safety.
• As clearly stated on our website and explained at the time, 3D printing is a handcrafted process and no two prints are ever identical.
• Despite this, we acted in good faith, adjusted filament type and colour by agreement, and supplied replacement products at our own cost, which you confirmed you were satisfied with.
When we requested the return of the original items for inspection, we were informed that these had already been sold on, meaning we were unable to assess them further.
Regarding later communication, a decision was made not to continue the wholesale relationship due to prior issues, including conflicts of interest involving individuals connected to this review who were previously part of our ambassador programme. This was a commercial decision taken to protect our brand and reputation.
As a fellow small business owner, we would respectfully ask that you reconsider and remove this review, as the issue was resolved at the time and no ongoing dispute existed. Leaving a negative review in these circumstances gives a misleading impression to future customers and does not fairly represent how the matter concluded.
We always aim to act professionally, transparently, and in good faith, and we stand by how this situation was handled.

Highly recommend the chalkbuddy it's a brilliant mess free portable chalk holder that's fits in my gymnastics bag perfectly. It's so convenient. The choice of colours and personalisation are a great touch too. I use it in every training session. I also have the snackbuddy which is also a great addition to my gym bag. Delivery was quick. Will definitely be ordering again. 5*

ChalkBuddy always get a 10/10 for all aspects.
ChalkBuddy always get a 10/10 from us, have ordered several times and always get amazing customer service & top quality products delivered. Wouldn’t be without my ChalkBuddy at gymnastics it’s now in my bag as an essential. Love my SnackBuddy and PowderBuddy too, best company with the best ideas. Watch this space I’m sure there’s more to come!!
