Good lads to deal with and very happy with the gear !

I recently purchased a treadmill from gymgear and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment emailed them , I found them super easy to deal with and very responsive.
They made the buying process smooth and stress-free.

Once my treadmill arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to assemble, thanks to the clear instructions provided. I've been using it daily, and the quality is outstanding. It runs quietly and offers a variety of features that keep my workouts engaging.

Overall, I highly recommend Gymgear for anyone in need of gym gear. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and quality products truly sets them apart!

Good equipment, quick delivery.

Happy with my order it came in 2days

Quick delivery, great product for reasonable price.

Bought my items when sale was on & got them for a great price. Website is clear & is easy to use. Items as described. Did have to wait for a wk for delivery but once I was notified of dispatch, delivery was prompt. Delivery charge was free over a certain amount so that was the added bonus. Would recommend & will buy again from them.

Very friendly helpful staff. Good quality equipment

Great equipments with very competitive price. Delivered within an expected timeframe.

I set up a home gym in our garage and found Mark to be a pleasure to deal with. I had a substantial order and found gymgear to be the most competitive company to deal with pricewise. The equipment I received is of a very high quality. I called into the shop to view everything before purchasing and mark took the time to go through everything with me. Delivery was straightforward and ample notice was given ahead of items being dropped off. I will purchase again from gymgear in the future

Very good quality and price.
A little improvement on the updates following the order being placed would be great.
Products are perfect

I bought a treadmill off of Mark about 2 years ago loads of use and still going strong. Just bought full set of dumbbells with stand and punch bag, as usual best price and quality around. Really quick delivery with prior contact to confirm time. I will definitely buy here again.

Excellent service. Delivered on time. Excellent product.

Really great products at a reasonable price. I went in to the showroom to place an order and they did me a really good deal. The delivery was excellent too. A days notice with the time of day for delivery. Everything was in perfect condition and good quality for the price. Definitely recommend.

I purchased a Nordic Track rowing machine in January 2022.
The machine broke down in September 2022 and as it was still in warranty I contacted Gymgear.
A service engineer eventually came in November 2022 but brought the wrong replacement part. He ordered the correct part himself once he realised the mistake.
I waited for the engineer to return with the correct part but it didn't happen. Eventually I emailed Gymgear again in January, February and May 2023 but Gymgear have not made any effort to contact me to organise repair of the machine.
My rowing machine has not been repaired

I ordered my treadmill on Friday of a bank holiday weekend and it was delivered first thing on Wednesday morning. Very quick delivery and when I originally contacted gymgear by phone they were very helpful in helping me find the right treadmill for my requirements.

Mark was a great salesman, knows his equipment inside and out and made the purchasing of our treadmill very easy. Delivered and installed it the next day. Top class customer service.

Delighted with our purchase. Very easy to deal with on the phone and on online. Would highly recommend Gymgear to everyone.
