Tempi di consegna troppo lunghi e spese di dogana non segnalate
Tempi di consegna troppo lunghi a fronte di spese di spedizione elevate, a cui si sono anche aggiunte altre spese di dogana alla consegna della merce non segnalate dal sito. Purtroppo finchè le condizioni commerciali tra UK e UE resteranno queste non potrò più acquistare da questo nè altri negozi UK.

Bought Pastorelli RG glitter ball in…
Bought Pastorelli RG glitter ball in colour silver/gold. Shipping was reasonably fast, 14 days to NZ. Although it arrived safely, packing could’ve done better as the item is a ball, maybe a fragile sticker or use a bigger box to put bubble wraps for more protection. The colour of the ball doesn’t look like silver/gold, it’s more like a bluish greenish colour which I was disappointed about. I should’ve bought the yellow/silver colour, it might look more like gold. If only the shipping is cheaper, I would order again from this website. I only ordered here just because this is only where gold/silver colour was available and nowhere else, but now I realised, I could’ve just ordered a yellow/silver from other websites which is much cheaper in price and shipping cost.

Fantastic communication and service. Due to unforeseen circumstances, spare apparatus was required urgently for an international event & Gymnamo were amazing - they ensured our order was delivered on the day the athlete arrived in the UK. Will use Gymnamo again. Highly recommend!
