Great service for my spa
Had a few questions about a old spa that I purchased, the guys at gymquip helped me get it up and running had all the parts I needed and posted the items promptly very fast postage.
I did not know anything about the spa the guys there asked for a picture worked out what I had and told me everything I needed to know .highly recommended

Treadmill servicing
I recently purchased a Horizon treadmill through GymQuip and there was a minor manufacturer fault which emerged later on. I contacted GymQuip and got through to Sam who followed up with the manufacturer on my behalf. He sourced a part promptly and communicated well, before coming around and fixing the issue. The machine now works fine. I was really greatful for his efficiency in resolving the situation so quickly and his thoroughness. I am also glad that I decided to purchase through GymQuip rather than online since the support on servicing makes life a lot easier. Well done guys!

Care about the customer
After arriving in the store to pick up an order, it wasn't all there. The staff apologised and shipped the rest out free of charge when it was ready.
Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone fixes them without further hassle.

A gym store worth leaving a review for!!
I hardly ever leave reviews but this gym shop went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing my first home gym setup! They were patient and informative in what I would need for my goals and prices were better than other stores ive seen.
Go and see these guys if you need gym equipment! You wont regret it!!

What a great gym shop! Beats all the big generic chain stores. Great prices and knowledgeable staff who were super friendly and happy to help with all our questions.

The staff are very knowledgeable
The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Sally helped find equiptment for recovery and the range of boxing equipment was great. I would recommend taking a look.
