Not recommended at all
I had very disappointing experience with this center which I won’t recommend at all. I had initial appointment booked for a scan but I had to cancel due to miscarriage and they didn’t to refund it which is quite shocking given circonstances and for a medical establishment.
Don’t go there.

We have been unable to find any booking linked to your name in our clinic records, nor any cancellation or refund request associated with it. For transparency, our terms and conditions (available on our website and explained prior to booking and payment) state that consultation and procedure fees are non-refundable.
We fully appreciate how upsetting a miscarriage can be. In such cases, our doctors would always recommend attending the appointment to ensure your wellbeing and to safeguard future fertility.

Speedy, professional and kind service
They managed to see me very quickly at a stressful time and made sure I felt informed, comfortable, and at ease as possible. The nurse Ava was really lovely and reassuring about my concerns. My only feedback would be that the waiting room felt quite cramped and doesn't afford much privacy when it comes to hearing things being said in the office room.

Wonderful experience
My girlfriend and I visited the Gynae centre, we saw Mr Eskander. He proved to be knowledgeable, professional, kind, empathetic. He resolved many issues that other doctors we saw on the NHS could not sort out. The staff are lovely, polite, the nurses are caring. I highly recommend this place

Medical staff great but very poor experience overall amateur staff
Thank goodness the actual doctor and nurse Jess were amazing and my saving grace but everything else about this place is amateur. A complete privatised money maker with no thought as to the vulnerability and fragility of the clients walking in and the procedures they are carrying out. There is no communication between the team so wrong prices are communicated and argued about, no one checks you in they leave you waiting as if you are non-existent and when you ask a question no one knows the answer. A total shambles if you ask me, it made the whole process really unsettling for me. The anaesthetist that they brought in was so unaware of his surroundings it was uncomfortable as he continued to ask me stupid questions and makes stupid remarks bearing in mind the vulnerable situation I was in and the emotions I was experiencing going through what I was going through at this place. If I’d had more time on my hands I would never have settled for this kind of treatment. Save yourself the money and use the government funded body who are well trained, caring and accommodating.

We are truly pleased to hear that Dr Mokoonlall and Jessica were able to provide you with support and care during your visit. However, we are very sorry to learn that other aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations.
Please rest assured that we take your concerns seriously. We strive to maintain clear communication with all our patients, and it is disappointing to hear that you felt let down in this regard. We would like to clarify that our pricing is outlined on our website, and a link was shared with you by both our associate and team during your communication with us. We regret that an associate, who is not a Gynae Centre staff member, did not specify whether the price quoted included sedation, which understandably led to confusion. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a £500 discount on your procedure, and we are sorry that this did not fully meet your expectations.
Regarding the check-in process, we ask all patients to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled procedure time, as detailed in your admission email and by our staff, to help ensure appointments run smoothly and to avoid delays. We apologise if this was not made sufficiently clear or if you felt unsupported during your arrival.
With regard to your comments about the anaesthetist, please note that he is an independent practitioner who works with several private clinics in the area. While we have not previously received complaints about him, we take your feedback very seriously and will be discussing your experience with him directly to ensure no patient feels uncomfortable in future.
We are committed to learning from your feedback and continuously improving our services to ensure that all patients feel respected, cared for, and supported at every stage of their journey with us.
