Great price for ear candles. But Ear candles were much thinner than normal.

Your system is flawed
Your system is flawed. When someone wants to know something as simple as "Where is my order" and the best you can do is say "LOOK IT UP YOURSELF" use the 25 diget tracking number. THAT'S NOT COSTUMER SERVICE!
So I tried again 2 days later SAME THING with you and DHL. I'm one and done with your company
