This group behaves legitimate until the “frozen funds” are released. However you will never be able to access your frozen funds. Customer service are a bunch of frauds and give you bogus info IF they speak to you at all.

This is a pig butchering crypto scam platform. Do not fall for them. People have lot millions on this platform. Many have raised complaints with ic3. Your money once transferred is gone. This is a typical case of what’s mentioned here by the Government: dfi.wa.gov search under consumer alerts and professors crypto scams
They use companies to increase your funds in QL, by trading coins or investing in coin startups , while taking your money that you have transferred over and then never let you transfer out , they might let you transfer some out to make you feel comfortable, but in the end they take your money
I strongly advise against using QL as a broker. Several of my clients have experienced significant financial losses while working with them. The platform is extremely unclear and lacks transparency—there’s no solid information about who runs it or how the operations are managed. This raises serious concerns about their effectiveness and reliability. If you value your money, I recommend looking elsewhere for a more trustworthy broker.
