Beautiful watch and excellent service
This is my third H992 and I love all of them. The Celestial Blue is especially beautiful. The watch and steel bracelet are excellent quality. I had some delivery issues on my side, but Maurizio was amazing and arranged delivery to Lucerne where I was staying. The only suggestions would be a clasp that closes symmetrically on both sides for easier use, and a 40 mm diameter option. Overall, an outstanding watch and experience

This company is amazing! I had my wrist strap break after wearing this watch every day for years, and they sent me one free of charge. Can't say enough about how great they are and how excellent their product is. Highly recommend!

H992 a watch that hardly find review by watch enthusiasts.…
Always get help when I contact H992 team. The watch is nice at this price point. The bracelet is crisp and well made. Some time COSC is not necessary if it can make the price lower by 15-20%.
I wish I could by my extra rubber strap at cheaper price than this.

Expect US Customs Delay
Watches arrived in excellent condition, despite delays due to missing paperwork.
My shipment for 3 timepieces that was shipped via FedEx Int'l Economy took over a week to clear US Customs. I became the incident manager on this case to coordinate progress between FedEx and the shipper. 10 phone calls and 15 emails with all parties involved to prevent shipment from returning to sender.
