I really wished I read the reviews on here before I ordered. I got the Morrocan style Juba last month, size was not right so I messaged them regarding a refund, they initially messaged me back but when I replied back I did not hear back, it's now been over a month, and sent several emails with no response back. if you are reading this and thinking about purchasing anything from them, DON'T! There are other companies that offer the same stuff with much better customer experience, not to mention a chance to return. This is not how you do business.

I ordered from Habibi Collections in 29th of May , 2025, but the shipment has been stuck since June 11 with no movement and order not recievd to datw!!!. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and received no helpful response. They have no reachable phone number, and to date, I have neither received the item nor a refund.

This has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I hope they take this seriously and address their customer service and fulfillment issues. Until then, I can’t recommend them to others.

I am very disappointed with my recent order. The item I received was labeled as size 55, but it is clearly much larger than that. I compared it with my other three khamees of the same size, and the difference is obvious—this one fits more like an XXL.

Because of this issue, I missed my appointment waiting for the delivery, and now I will have to pay to return an item that was not as described. This was my first time shopping with them and unfortunately, the experience has been very upsetting.

What you are doing is unfair. I expected accuracy and professionalism, and instead I received an item that does not match the stated size. I will be leaving a review about this experience they not responding to my emails 😒

Placed an order on 15th for a gift. Waited several days with no update only to find order had been cancelled with no explanation or apology. Contacted Habibi twice with no reply as refund had still not been issued. Will be raising a charge back through my bank as refund requests are being ignored. Wouldn't recommend this company at all. Screams scammers.
