I ordered online not knowing it was…
I ordered online not knowing it was past Best Before Date. Next morning a staff from Habitat called, wanting to let me know so I can make an informed decision whether to proceed with purchase or refund ~ that was really thoughtful and professional. And when I said I’ll proceed because my dog is really fussy and only eats that item, they sold to me at a fair discount, so thank you Team Habitat !!

First time ordering from this company and it will not be my last !! Fast delivery the product was exactly what I expected cant beat them on price and to top it off its an Australian family owned company just cant beat that !!!

Exceptional service provided when I had difficulties checking out.

Great products and quick delivery
First time customer. Very impressed with how quickly my products were posted and received - within a week of ordering! The dogs were happy too, as they'd run out of these treats... Great service and prices, keep up the good work 😊
