Absolutely disgusting service was called out to fix my 76-year-old Nan’s tumble dryer. They sent out a total of five engineers on different occasions, told nothing was wrong, then on the last visit, they actually admitted defeat. Last engineer who came out to fix the heat pump issue and told my Nan, who is elderly, she needs to take the broken bits and box to the dump and left it all scattered in the front garden. Disgusting. Used to love Haier. Now can’t wait to get this s#!t company out of my own house.

Took over 8 mins of IVR questions before was put through to a human. Bit excessive and took longer than my chat with the agent.

Possibly the worst company I have had the displeasure of purchasing from. Do not attempt to purchase anything directly from their website, I have had no confirmation of details on delivery, just taken my money and now ignoring emails that they state can take 2DAYS! to reply to and to add to the fruy they do not have a phone number to speak to anyone chase or cancel your order DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!! you have been warned!

I can’t praise Haier enough both in their ordering and cancelling process. Unfortunately I had to cancel my order due to unforeseen circumstances however we chose Haier based on the quality and service of our Haier Fridge Freezer. We have been so impressed by how it functions and looks.
My experience with Haier Customer Service Advisor’s was exceptional with my queries and issues resolved in a timely and empathetic manner.
I would highly recommend Haier to anyone

Washing is still in machine in water and glass covering it , now awaiting engineer with new door , I rang back yesterday to say I wasn’t happy with that as I think it should be taken away for testing , I was promised they would ring back later in the day but I heard nothing . They use Pacifica who are also useless giving false information about engineer dates booked and non existent phone numbers . I now have no washing machine for the 5th day. Gave 1 star as couldn’t give 0!

Absolutely useless. I have tried to sort out my problem at least 6 times, but I only manage to speak to a Virtual Assistant. "Eve" cannot resolve my problem so she attempts to pass my problem on to an actual human being and each time I get the response "ooh, there seems to be a problem" and the line goes dead. I might as well throw the appliance in a dustbin!!

I was lucky received appointment same day.Had Haier come out, they was unsure what issue was seemed good for while. I have this month had to call for another engineer to solve the FC1 error code. Wasn't so lucky as waiting 5 days for appointment.

13minutes spent with AI call that didn’t get any of my details! Then 10 mins with real person taking same details as AI. Then 10 mins with another person to tell me the £, with, if I’d have gone for the cost, would have meant another phone call to me (within 48hrs) to book a service call….ive gone elsewhere. What a dreadful AI experience - slow, didn’t understand any of my details. Such a waste of time! Customer service at its worst (apart from the real people - who were very helpful).

Brilliant delivery - constant updates. And the Air Fryer - it's something else. Bought as a gift for my dad's birthday - it's miles better than the one he had, he loves it.

Bought a washing machine from Haier. It's smart but won't connect to the app. I've tried calling but get a ridiculous AI answering who can't understand a postcode. So stuck and can't speak to a real person. Tried emailing eventually got a reply after 3 weeks and was advised that they only deal with issues via email. I still can't connect to my washing machine. Appalling service.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Haier UK regarding my order and delivery process.
After placing the order, I was advised to contact the retailer to update my address. When I followed up with the delivery partner, I was told the order had already been cancelled. At other times, I was informed the item might not even be in stock.
This inconsistency made it very unclear what was actually happening. I'm seeing poor coordination between the retailer, delivery partner, and customer service, which is leaving me without clear answers.
At this point, I still don’t know whether the item will be delivered or if I should expect a refund. It's been hard to find someone who can resolve the issue.

Abbiamo acquistato una lavatrice, dopo poco più di un anno un trattore in centrifuga, servizio del venditore vergognoso, ad oggi dopo un mese abbondante nessuna soluzione, l'elettrodomestico non lo consiglio assolutamente, mai più haier

Brought tumble dryer also have washing machine and fridge freezer, dryer stopped working is a condenser gets warm but no water collects and takes hours 3 engineers out to fix still not working 4th this week!!!
