My experience with the clinic has been great. At first, I had some doubts because I found the company through Instagram. However, I just had my hair transplant done two days ago, and my recovery has been excellent so far. The medical team has been very attentive with follow-ups, and I haven't encountered any problems at all. I am very happy with the results and will definitely recommend the clinic.

I have had a hair transplant procedure at the Kings Cross clinic. My experience has been excellent. From the moment I enquired to the day of procedure Sean was on the ball and answered all my questions quickly. I'd looked into a lot of other clinics but Sean, Dr Rafiq, and the team have delivered top service and aftercare and I can't wait to see what the final results will look like for me in a few months. The clinic is very clean and and I was well taken care of throughout. Only negative is it wasn't that easy to see from the street, it's in an old building and the frontage and lobby could use some updating, lick of paint and better sign would make it easier to find. I walked past it the first time.

I have nothing but praise for the surgeons, staff and my overall experience at the clinic. I felt at ease and everything was clearly explained to me throughout. The aftercare has also been great. I have been able to ask questions via text if I have needed any advice and these have been answered quickly and clearly. I would highly recommend the clinic.

I booked a consultation with the team and they arranged an appointment one week before the procedure. Everything was explained adequately. The procedure was long but bearable, but i found the surgical team chatting throughout on their own language disconcerting. Advice for post operative care was thorough. Overall the medical team were great. The surgery was affordable in that I didn't have to travel to Turkey.

I recently had the pleasure of undergoing two surgeries at Harley Street Healthcare, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience so far. My first surgery, focused on the frontal part of my head, took place three months ago, and I'm already seeing remarkable results.

Just over the weekend, I had my second surgery, which targeted a larger crown area and included some touch-ups on my hairline. From start to finish, the staff were efficient, informative, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

The doctor was not only skilled but also very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I genuinely felt that I was in good hands.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I appreciate the care and professionalism shown by the entire team. I’ll definitely come back for an update in the coming months, but based solely on my surgical experiences so far, I can confidently say they did a fantastic job! Highly recommend Harley Street Healthcare!

Absolute scam.
This is the second procedure I had done with this “Harley street” is nowhere near Harley street in London, it’s in kings cross and very run down tiny building.

The first operation was traumatic in Manchester (again a run down old office), after being accused of not paying and made to wait 2 hrs . They then try and seek you products (£900-£1000) to guarantee success!! The aftercare was a few messages and photos sent. This was pointless as they said everything was fine and the procedure didn’t work.

The second procedure was in London after the disaster in Manchester , but yet again I was subjected to questioning about payment, and was the same rushed traumatic procedure only this time zero after care or even a contact by anyone .

I recently received a phone call from “want hair” asking if I had paid for the procedure??

I wish I had went to turkey after wasting £5k with this absolute scam of a company

Dr Mahdi Alosert was phenomenal and did such a great job. He has given me 100% and the work was amazing with my hairline. I will come for definite to see Dr Mahdi Alosert again for my second treatmen. The team was great and took good care of me. I recommend the only Dr Mahdi Alosert because I have done a lot of research on different surgeons, whilst being a barber for the last 30 yrs and he is the one and the best.❤️

I am very pleased with the level of service I received, from day 1 when I have my first consultation with Sean I could tell there was a genuine care and that he knew what he was talking about. I did have an issue with my appointment date getting moved (possibly due to my medical history) but after that I knew I was in great hands. During the transplant the clinic itself was great, clean and good communication. Straight after the transplant Sean made contact with me to see how things went and has advised that he will be on hand to assist with any issues. Great service and great price!

From start to finish’s the staff were really welcoming and made you really comfortable. The doctor went through the whole procedure at the start and clarified everything I wanted to know. The whole procedure was painless, the staff tended to all my needs. Really happy so far with how it all went

Hi, I recently went for my hair transplant surgery at Harley street King’s Cross branch. I was very nervous when I arrived, but the staff were very friendly and supportive, assured me it’s very simple even though it’s a complex process I shouldn’t worry too much about it. throughout the process of the procedure. It was really not that painful at all. Post surgery after care is all planned and prepared for you. WhatsApp portal is created for patients to join and if needed help for anything you can reach out to them. I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of having their hair done. It’s London based so it’s genuinely trustworthy.

Wouldn't trust them. I think they are scammers. Read the 5 star reviews why are they all about the sales reps and very little information about the actual surgery....check the one star reviews, they are all about dodgy surgery. Why would you have a hair transplant/ head surgery and then give a 5 star review only talking about the sales reps?

Dean at the King’s Cross branch is a true professional. My hairline looks perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

Great customer service great team of people although the shaping could have been done a bit better by designer out of level but they offer to put it wright good people.

The service I received was very poor.
I had my transplant in December 2023 and so have given my hair time to properly grow in before writing this.
The transplanted hairline region is thin, has multiple bald spots and is so inconsistent throughout.
Paying nearly £4k and achieving such poor results is shocking to be honest.
I have seen people go to other places round the UK for half the price and achieved much better results with much better facilities.
The communication post surgery was awful, they didn't do any follow up consultations as I was told there would be, even after I reached out 4-6 weeks post op.
The facilities are so minimal and outdated and are similar to that of a NHS dentist 40 years ago.
The recovery instructions were vague and were of little help and found I was googling most things and asking others what I need to be doing.
The man who shaved my head on the day took such little care in doing so and left long patches and tufts in multiple places knowing I would have to sport the buzzcut for months following the procedure.
The PRP injections are massively overpriced compared to other places.
If I could I would definitely have gone to a different clinic.

Terrible, just terrible. Poor communication in general. Poor communication among their team as I’m sure they all have poor understanding on customer wants and needs. Poor communication with customer as the consultation was nothing to do with what happens on surgery day but instead talks about how great a company they are and in truth they are not. I’ve called serval times about my PRP that I paid for and my overharvest donor area but no calls back and my messages are left on seen for days. In conclusion undergoing surgery was my biggest mistake to date and I’d do anything to redo what was do to me. They don’t care about the patients just only the money.

Coming back to Hayley street for a second time was a no brainier.
I had my beard done in feb 2024 in Manchester, and my hair line and crown done in London.
On both occasions they looked after me very well and made sure I was comfortable.
My beard has turned out excellent so I know my hair will be just as good.
Would highly recommend
