The Item I ordered was never sent. When I chased, I was told there'd been a problem with a batch of parcels and would they would resend. Item still hasn't arrived a month later. I've emailed for a refund and 20 days later no response. Don't waste your money ordering from this company. I certainly won't again!

Poor service , always an excuse for delays in delivery, lack of communication. Last order with them 29th September no notice of delivery had to chase up with no response until the 8th October, still no delivery date given, how can a business run like this. Avoid disappointment shop elsewhere they don’t deserve your money

Excellent product at a very good price

I have used this company for a while, however after my last delivery never arrived and having no response from them i had no choice but to get my money back through the bank. I won't be using again, please be careful with them!

What went right? My order wasn’t dispatched and I placed the order on 11th November thankfully I paid through klarna and they got the payment back to me because the seller was not responding to any of my emails or messages.
