Hajj and Umrah Opiniões

If you’re looking to book through hajj and umrah don’t hesitate ! It might look like they don’t have a trust worthy website but through private agent on WhatsApp is 1000% legit !
I have personally dealt with brother emad. Over the past few months he has been reaching out about umrah packages since I registered my interest
Alhamdulilah brother emad provided fantastic services with transfers etc to make the blessed sacred trip as smooth as possible
Makkah hotel was absolutely amazing !!
The hotel in madinah I should have booked a slightly better star rating as emaar al mektan the only let down was the breakfast and not being that close to nice restaurants as it’s mostly fast food . But never the less it was a absolutely fantastic experience
Emad handled everything and ensured all pick ups and drop offs were smooth
I highly recommend this company when booking your umrah packages
If you feel you want to do a DIY. umrah and book everything yourself have a look
But prices are about the same
And booking through an agent with competitive prices etc saves all the hassle

Thanks for look after my mother and father i am so much happy with your service Mr keshan thanks a lot

I travelled for ʿUmrah from Manchester, UK, from 13 June 2026 to 22 June 2026, and I booked through Hajj and ʿUmrah with my agent, Mahwish.

I was initially worried because I was travelling with my 3-month-old baby, but Mahwish made the whole experience so much easier. From before the trip right through to when I was in Saudi Arabia, he was always available to help and answer my questions.

The 5-star package was excellent value for money and included flights, hotels, and transportation. Everything was well organised, and I was very happy with the service.

While I was in Makkah and Madinah, Mahwish even messaged me with helpful suggestions for places to visit, which was a thoughtful touch and showed he genuinely cared about his clients' experience.

This was my first time using this agency, and despite me asking what felt like a million questions, changing my mind on a few things, and requesting additional services, Mahwish was always patient, professional, and happy to help.

I would definitely use Hajj and ʿUmrah again in the future and would highly recommend Mahwish to anyone looking to book their ʿUmrah. Thank you for making our journey so smooth and memorable.

Booked umrah package in Ramadan was very impressed with the service.
Ms Mahwish gave great assistance

Kashan was really good and the way he helped me out was amazing.

I would recomend everyone to get guidance from Kashan regarding Hajj and Umrah packages.

Great experience I bought Hajj tickets for my parents Mr Rameez Akhtar was very helpful and explained everything so clear that I took my decision very quickly thank you for everything

💯 recommended wonderful services

My first trip to umrah was excellent with the help of Shahzain. Booking flights was really straight forward and were affordable. When we got off at jeddah there was a taxi driver already waiting for us and drove us to makkah. Checking in the hotel was easy and simple as it was not busy and it was only a short walk from the hotel to the masjid al Haram. I recommend the hotel as they provided us with breakfast which is included. The travel from makkah to madina was also good as we arrived on time. The hotel was near the mosque so we didnt have to walk too much. It was nice to experience this without any stress. I would definitely recommend hajj and umrah to my friends and family. When I go next time I would definitely choose hajj and umrah.

Assalamoalikum, I booked my umrah package from hajjandumrah.co.uk and my experience with them was 5star 👍🏼 .
My agent was Rayyan and it took me nearly 2weeks to finalise my package , I told Rayyan that my mother will be joining me
For umrah from Pakistan and it’s me , my Mrs & 5year old daughter, I told him the budget I had , there were many difficulties as my mother was travelling alone from Pakistan , every day I use to get different packages till I was finally happy with the best available package Rayyan gave me that included best airline tickets with the best timing , nearby accommodation in Makkah and madina best transportation for my trip that included airport pickup/drop , ziyarat in Makkah and Madina , from flying from Manchester to Jeddah & coming back from KHI to Manchester I was fully supported by hajjandumrah.co.uk team especially Rayyan his guidance and customer services skills made my journey a memorable one , when ever I needed any guidance throughout my journey it was upto my expectation, would like to thanks Rayyan for making my first ever umrah with my family and mother a wonderful experience ❤️

Adam was very helpful and guided me very well through out my journey to saudi Arabia, delt very professionally.
Highly recommended,

I booked my stay in Makkah and Madinah in April 2026 with HajjandUmrah.co.uk, they gave me very competitive price and provided excellent customer service. I would like to specially thank Mr Rayyan who constantly kept updating me regarding my booking, answered my calls and messages swiftly and kept in touch during my stay to make sure that checking in process was smooth.
I was very satisfied with the service I received, specifically the after sales care.
I would use HajjandUmrah.co.uk again and recommend them to friends and family.

Great service all around. Would highly recommend.
Always available if you need to speak to someone or they’ll call you back in a timely manner.

Overall the journey was good. We did have a few hiccups with the bedding we asked for vs what we got & also we had to pay extra when changing from a train ticket to a taxi to go from Madina to airport. We thought going via a travel agent will make things very smooth however on these two points we didn't get the help we was after. The rest of the journey was booked as per what we wanted. Mesam was very quick in his response when ever I messaged. Thanks.

Great experience
Honest and reliable
Staff were very helpful
There is refund policy if booked 4/5 months in advance and flexible payment plans
Mahwish Khalid was excellent in managing and booking the trips I have used her services multiple times and introduced my extended family members

Worst ever experience..they don’t have ATOL registration of their own and use a second party to book tickets hence no way you could complain against them. Extremely traumatising to deal with very non profession

Great service from Rayyan throughout the whole process! Very professional & great communication. Excellent Ummrah Package..

I contacted HajjandUmrah.co.uk through recommendation. Never heard of them before but thought I would try. As soon as I messaged them, I got a prompt response from Rayyan. I was happy with the prices he offered but I was hesitant to go ahead as I was booking for 13 people. Rayyan assured me that they would take care of everything ensuring that everything would run smoothly. He was right. From start to finish, everything was seamlessly done. From tickets to hotels and ground transportation. Rayyan liaised with us throughout and I am so glad to have chosen the company. I will be sharing my experience with all family and friends and any future trips, I will be contacting Rayyan. Jazakallah for making this a memorable trip for us.

This was my first umrah and I couldn’t have asked for anything better and so grateful Allah brought me to them.
Shahzain helped with everything and may Allah reward him endlessly
My sister and I went on the trip on our own and we went got a female umrah guide to help us. She taught us and well and was well informed.
Lovely hotels and perfections locations of the hotels were next to the women Entrance.
When ever I messaged on WhatsApp, I got an instant reply. They always accommodate us with everything.
They also gave us travel from the airport and too the airport aswell which was so needed.
Also they helped us with so much with the pricing if I asked they reduce it they really did help try and find cheaper flights
