Hajj and Umrah Opiniões

Kashan was great, sorted all of my umrah trip as promised and as expected. Kept me informed of all the progress with attention to details.thank you. Definitely recommend.

Kashan supported us in the application process for the e visas, and was extremely efficient in doing so. Thankyou for the help

I booked an Umrah package with Flight catchers umrah department for my father and had a really great experience. Brother Mesam was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process, keeping me updated and making sure everything was running smoothly, which gave me real peace of mind.
Every detail of the trip was handled efficiently, and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. A special mention goes to the Muhabiya transport service they arranged, it was absolutely top notch.
A great experience and I’d definitely recommend Flight Catchers to anyone planning Umrah.

From the day one when I spoke to customer Service Advisor-Kashan.
He sorted all the package out for me from flights to the hotels and the ground travel.
It's been a great experience getting the package sorted out from HajjandUmrah.
I would definitely reccomend them.
The level of customer service and they even do welfare checks on their clients which is really appreciated.

Brother 'MUBASHIR' was excellent from start to finish. From first contact to the last, always very responsive. Aby question asked were explained thoroughly.
I had Umrah Visa through within days even they gave estimated time of 7-10 days. Well pleased and recommend using this travel agency to everyone.

Great company, good communication and Emad was really helpful in helping to organise everything at short notice.

Sarosh was extremely cooperative supportive and professional throughout our journey.
Along the way we had a few issues but they were dealt with calmly and professionally.
Will recommend to all.

I had an excellent experience with this company. This was my second time using them and will be using them going forward. I have also recommended family and friends.

Mahwish was particularly helpful and useful throughout the process. Constantly on hand and very responsive, always going above and beyond and making sure the process is seamless. Would highly recommend.

Alhamdullilah I have just completed my Umrah journey, and I must express my sincere appreciation for Momin's invaluable assistance. He managed our accommodations and flights and was consistently prompt in addressing all my inquiries. His efforts ensured a remarkably smooth process for me, which undoubtedly contributed to the success of my trip.

Mahwish did Cater for all our needs and requests everything was organised well down to the drivers as well .
We did not have to wait for anything .I would recommend Mahwish again to deal with any new clients best regards parveen

A brilliant experience from start to finish with no issues at all. In shā’ Allāh, I will be performing Umrah again through them. Special thanks to Basit—may Allah reward you for your outstanding help and cooperation. God bless.

I would highly reccomemd this company, it is the first time I have used their sevice so naturally was a little worried. I was reassured throughout. Swift correspondance via whatsaap and email to confirm booking of flight. hotel and transport. E visit visa fetails completed by company and recieved within a day. This company listened to what I wanted and found me a package to meet all my requiremts and budget, swiftly and with due care and diligence. I would paticularly like to thank Mubashir for his service.

Booked my first umrah with my mum with this company Emad made everything better always replied quickly to any questions I had sent tickets vouchers etc quickly too great service

I would recommend this company because the agent I was dealing with Mubashir was very good at communication. He replied to my question's and queries promptly putting me at ease. Had a pleasant experience with him.
The transport company they use in Saudi were very good in terms of keeping us updated and provided nice clean cars. They message the day before to ensure everything is on track and confirm collection time etc.

The Makka hotel we stayed in was called Sheraton it was an average 5 star, breakfast was included and it was very good plenty of variety of food.

The Medina hotel I stayed in was called Waqf Outhman Bin Affan hotel a 4 star which was more of a 3 star hotel. The decor was very outdated, the lifts were always messing around, smoking is allowed in the lobby area so when you come out your room all you smell is cigarettes which was unpleasant. It definitely is not a 4 star hotel. Staff and room service were fast and quick but it definitely is not a 4 star hotel. We were left waiting for an hour once we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon after 3pm because the room was not ready which was tiring after a 5 hour car journey from Makka.

It was a wonderful trip and we all enjoyed it a lot. Everything went smoothly and a special thanks to Aayan for setting everything up for us.

“EMAD” THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT.ALLHAMDULLHA, IT WAS GREAT EXPERIENCE AND YOU REAY LOOKAFTER US IN EVERYTHING.MR EMAD again thank you so much ,we definitely recommend you.and INSHALLHA WILL USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN SOON .

This was our first time using hajjandumrah.co.uk. we mainly dealt with Mubashir who was very very responsive. We did have a few problems with the transfer company in Saudi but Mubashir was very responsive even while we were in Saudi Arabia to help sort things out for us ASAP.
We would recommend and use again insha'Allah.
