The hotel stays at Pullman zamzam in Mecca went especially smooth. The medina hotel Rotana Al Manakah was arranged last minute as the Pullman zamzam medina was overbooked. Apart from that minor hiccup which was resolved quickly everything went really well Alhamdulilah. I would recommend and use again.

I enquired about an Umrah package in February 2026 for travel in August 2026 with Islamic Travel. Sister Zara assisted me throughout the process and provided a package that suited my family’s needs well.

I paid a deposit to secure the booking, but due to some family commitments, I later needed to postpone the trip. When I contacted them, Sister Zara was understanding and helped reschedule the package without any issues.

So far, the service has been very good, and I’m looking forward to the same level of support throughout my journey until my return from Umrah.
