Jaqueline was very prompt at answering the telephone on the 4 occasions I contacted her. She proactively assisted me in the choosing process and by checking stock levels. As the order was for urgent delivery, she marked it as such and it arrived within 24 hours, not the 3-5 working days standard delivery

I received my bracelet ahead of time stated, which was a lovely surprise and the bracelet was even more beautiful in real life. There was a slight error with the discount code which was promptly sorted, great service by Jacqueline

I thought the bracelet that I had chosen was out of stock. Jacqueline did everything she could to trace one for me and I was so grateful. I couldn’t fault the polite and efficient service.

Scam company? Takes your money, doesn't send correct goods and doesn't refund you. They do not reply to emails or answer their phones. The only conclusion I can draw, like others have mentioned, is that this is a scam company. Don't use. I have ordered goods from this company twice. Twice they took my money immediately, but there were delays in delivering items. I asked for a medium bangle, it was too big so I ordered the small, delays again and I was sent the same size as the medium. Shoddy cusstomer service and attention to detail for someone that suposedly holds a warrant. I had to pay to return the items and only received a refund for one item. They have not repsonded to my numerous emails and calls which shows you what sort of ethics they have. This is also consistent with what other people are saying. I will be letting the office of royal warrants know about their appaling service as they should not have a royal warrant given the appaling practices and customer service they demonstrate.

Recently bought a bracelet from Halcyon Days and am delighted with it. Unfortunately a small part of it was damage, but Jacqueline and her team were fantastic in fixing the problem and keeping me updated with progress of the repair. Very very grateful for all of their help and would highly recommend their products and service.

I called Customer Service because a bangle (birthday present) had not arrived. Jacqueline was understanding, she located a similar item and had it dispatched the next day, keeping me in the loop. I was very grateful for her help.

In Paris, I chose this company because it holds a Royal Warrant, yet the product arrived 11 days late in low-quality, damaged packaging
Information regarding customs duties is unclear; to return a product that arrived in damaged, poor-quality cardboard packaging, then the consumer is forced to cover return shipping costs and additional customs duties. The service is substandard—shifting blame onto the carrier—and casts doubt on the long-term viability of the company's Royal Warrant; a very poor commercial experience that I certainly will not repeat.packaging.

Jacqueline was extremely friendly and helpful. She arranged for my replacement without any quibble at all..Always replied promptly to emails everything you would expect from a customer service department. Will definitely purchase again.

I have been happy overall with both my experiences with and products from Halcyon Days. More recently, I was having issues with receiving my package and Jacqueline was very helpful in not only getting me the product but also going out of her way to ensure I got exactly what I ordered.

This customer service from Jacqui was absolutely excellent. I was in contact with her before my order and she was so helpful. Bracelet was gorgeous but unfortunately too big, when I posted back return Royal Mail it got stuck in their delivery centre. I contacted Jacqui who was so understanding and lovely. She gave me the number to call Royal Mail on and we got the issue sorted. Money was sent back to account with a follow up email from Jacqui. I was worried I may have missed return date due to Royal Mail not delivering parcel - she assured me that was not a problem and she would handle it. A long time since I have received such excellent, personal service. I would definitely order from this company again

Jacqueline was amazing!!! You truly know how good- or bad a company is when you have a problem, or in my case done something stupid and want them to fix it! Jacqueline was so accommodating when I forgot my special code, bought a second bracelet and wanted to refund the first before they shipped it. Nothing was too much trouble and she even checked back to confirm everything was in order and that my refund was on its way. She is brilliant!!!!

This in fact was the second amazing customer experience I have had with Halcyon Days! Natasha made my holidays extra special by finding a bracelet I really, really wanted in my size and going absolutely above and beyond to ensure I received it before I left the country. I can’t think of any individual or company who would have done so much for one customer for one bangle. I told absolutely everyone who admired my bracelet- and there were many!!!
