Order collection
I initially had to call to see if my order was ready when the email said they would call me. I did receive a callback though and they confirmed my order was ready.
On collection the staff on site were extremely helpful and quick.

Very lumpy and chalky
I wish I could have seen inside the bags before I paid for, I would not have bought it. The soil was very claggy, dealing with it made me think I was still in the Chilten hills in Buckinghamshire. It dried into white chalky lumps.

Fantastic service from the Coleraine…
Fantastic service from the Coleraine branch. Very friendly and super efficient. I ordered 3 items and I needed 2 of them asap. They were delivered the following day.
I understood that I would have to collect the other item, as it wasn’t in stock. But they delivered the remaining item to my door today!
I can’t believe they did that… old fashioned service with a smile!
So I will definitely be buying from them again… brilliant service and lovely people. Well impressed… Thank you. 😃

The purchased product satisfies me
The purchased product satisfies me, the quality is good, but customer service needs to be improved. Despite the fact that I live 5 minutes away from Halden Fisher - delivery has to wait 3 days, I used the click and collect option - I arrived after 3 hours to collect the order, but it was not complete, which created a feeling of disappointment that the company does not put the customer first. There is no catalog and every necessary thing has to be picked up at the farm and shown to the service staff, so that there are no misunderstandings about the price and the required materials.

Poor communication
I ordered 30 pavers online with delivery on 13th April to be delivered from the Bangor branch. They were out of stock but said would be delivered in 3-5 business days. I contacted the branch 10 days later to be told they were coming from Newry and I would be contacted the following day. 3 days later I again contacted Bangor branch to be told they had arrived the previous Friday and I should have been contacted. I have to say when the mistake was noticed they did push forward delivery for the next day which I appreciated. But only after having to chase this up myself 2 times. Ordered on 13th April, delivered on the 28th April. 12 business days with communication only after contact.
