Scotty explained everything thoroughly from what needed to be done to how they were going to install the carbon filter and lights. I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me something that I didn’t need. Both he and his helper were polite and friendly.

Excellent quality tangerines. I look forward to these every year because my grocery store no longer offers tangerines. In this shipment, two were damaged but the remainder were delicious.

I have rec’d a gift from Hale with good quality fruits. So I decide to “send” to a friend who had a health battle and got good news. Well they reported that some of the fruit was moldy. I got copied on the email saying the fruit would be replaced by sometime next week (seems long). I was embarrassed and saddened that something I sent was bad and it would take so long to replace. I emailed back but got no response.

I'm a long time customer of Hale Groves.
Just recently I sent Hale Oranges as gifts to three friends. They loved them and the shipping was on time and efficient. However, one of my friends did tell me that a couple of the oranges in her shipment were "dry tasting". I alerted customer service and they immediately sent her replacements for them (and a couple extra). My friend is happy..... and I'm happy because I'm dealing with a company I can count on for a great product AND great service.
