Very poor communication. Despite a lot of requests for a callback via emails, voicemails, and calls to the head office, nothing happened. Zero appreciation—even though such personnel service providers depend on freelancers.

I had a very poor experience with Halian due to a complete lack of communication.

After being put forward for a role and attending an interview, I followed up politely requesting feedback. I never received a response.

For a recruitment company, clear and timely communication should be a basic standard. Unfortunately, this was not my experience, and it reflects very poorly on their professionalism.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend engaging with this agency.

I had an interaction with Mrs. A. that left me feeling uncomfortable. Despite clarifying that I have plenty of opportunities and was simply exploring whether this role might be a good fit, I felt undue pressure to commit. Literally wanted to FORCE ME into thinking that she knows MY STANDARD and what I AM WORTH. The conversation gave the impression of guilt-tripping, which made the experience VERY unpleasant. It was not the kind of professional interaction I was expecting. I had to drop the call.

Well, I ordered and after many weeks of waiting & inquiring, the tracking agency said my pkg had been delivered. It Was Not! Tried to leave a review but it was in Chinese. Tried to get tracking agency to help, but they wanted my CC....fool me once....I could not be more unhappy! Why isn't there an option for negative stars?

I had a very negative experience dealing with this company. They failed to uphold their end of our contract and were dishonest in their dealings with me. Their employees also displayed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. In summary, I found this company to be:

Untrustworthy - They broke the terms of our agreement
Deceitful - They were dishonest and misled me
Unprofessional - Their staff had a poor attitude and were unhelpful
Not recommended - Based on my experience, I would advise others to avoid this company

I hope my review helps others make an informed decision about whether to do business with this organization. My advice would be to look elsewhere for a more reliable and professional service provider.

Very unprofessional firm that projects a professional image through their events and gatherings.... yet at the core are glorified juniors who lack the very essence of HR skills, not to mention technical and business capabilities to navigate through applicants or have the decency to get back to them. Don't be fooled by the flashy images you see on social media postings.
Low salary, no benefits, a lot of delay with visa, and hire unqualified leaders
The worst company you may work with!!

Got approached by the Talent acquisition specialist team leader, whatever that may mean. Got a random job offer not even close to what my skills are (IT is IT, right?) My linkedin profile wasn't even viewed by that person so it's just a matter of trying to get as many messages out as possible, no matter if people are qualified for the job. I've blacklisted them for future jobs.

Communication is definitely not their strong suit. I was approached twice by them. The first time, I had to chase them constantly to get updates. The second time I was simply ghosted by the recruiter after sending my CV. I understand clients might take time to get back to them, a position might go on hold but I expect a basic level of communication and engagement from recruiters.

You should avoid this company! I interacted with a recruiter named Oscar Brennan. The most despicable person I have ever met. I can't believe an agency has this kind of disrespectful recruiter. He is looking for a Slave, not an Engineer. Do not let this company represent you! You have been warned.

One of the best company to work, specially in employee care .

I enjoy being contractor for Halian, the relocation and onboarding process were handled very professional. Company is very helpful, do their best to make everything as smooth as possible. The only issue I have is hard time contacting with HR, I often need to use a help of my line manager to push my questions/requests. Sometimes I need to follow up on my emails and it take days to get answers. Not a big issue but definitely place to improve.

The agent goes above and beyond to ensure all information are provided and detailed out. Always present and available when needed and always honest.

A transparent process and expectations is required. Halian would improve by onboarding their resources and ensuring that everything is understood.

I wasted my 3 months of time, money and face lot of mental agony. Consultant didn't keep clear communication between candidate and organisations. I was hoping to join and submitted all documents but in last customer cancel my candidature without any communication.

Halian has helped me get the right job based on my skills and assists me in counseling to expand my knowledge and skills.
