I had an unfortunate issue with my freehub body, which broke after a year. I sent one email with a picture and sales invoice, and they happily sent out a replacement. Great experience and brilliant sounding hub.

Products great. Delivery could be better, the package sat in a warehouse in Glasgow for several days before progressing further.

Reiceived the item in quite good order, delivery via GLS was kind of a horror, it took 3 attempts. However, it got here. The item is OK, feels very good.
Now I only need to build a wheel with it after ordering the correct spokes that fit with my rim.
So, all good.

I recently ordered 3 1/8" fixed wheel sprockets and a lockring. The items were delivered on time, and all the items were in the order. The quality of the products is great. I am a very happy customer.

i bought the vortex rim, the rim quality is very very good i think they make the best wheels in the market.
i also have a rear vortex wheel assembled from them i used like every day the bike and take a lot of hits i almost straight the pulls are perfectly tension.
