Couldn’t fault Hamid - 5 star guide
I am just home from a 6 night tour. Hamid made the trip - he was amazing. I loved his knowledge and passion. I really appreciated the opportunity to ask him questions and learn more about Morocco. You can tell Hamid is a good person by the way he is received all over Morocco, you can tell he is very caring and empathetic as he behaves the same for his fellow country men and women as he does with the tourists. I also loved his honesty and the opportunity to ask questions that we wouldn’t normally get the opportunity to ask about culture, tradition, changing perspectives etc he didn’t judge us and was happy to explain. I also loved how Hamid really gave us the opportunity to get to know him, he genuinely felt like a friend as well as a guide as he was so open. Most tour guides seem to recite the same script and you never really get to know them on a deeper level. With Hamid, what you see is what you get, there was no monotony and he was enthusiastic and engaging at all times. It was also invaluable having a translator on hand at all times, Hamid was worth his weight in gold (or saffron!). Hamid is highly capable and competent and made us feel safe at all times. He is very humble for being so knowledgeable and evidently highly intelligent. I feel Hamid was really down to earth and genuinely loves his job - I appreciate it must be challenging to keep everyone happy on a trip but he made the extra effort to ensure all needs were accommodated. There is honestly nothing negative I could write about Hamid, if he is your guide you’re in safe hands and guaranteed to have a great trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and feel very lucky we got Hamid. Even when we told him we were glad he was our tour guide he was humble and didn’t miss the opportunity to be complimentary to his fellow g adventure tour guides even when they weren’t in earshot to hear ! He also has a great sense of humour, which is very valuable and also helped us get to know him better by his amazing ‘banter’ (Scottish word for sense of humour!). I would be interested in attending another tour with Hamid to visit the places we didn’t go this time; Rabat, Casablanca, more of the coast etc, I wouldn’t want any other guide apart from HJ!

Hamid, was an amazing guide! He was extremely knowledgeable and truly wanted everyone in our group of 13 to love Morroco as much as he did. He was extremely successful in that, I walked away with a love for Morroco! Hamid’s passion for caring for others was inspiring, he lead by example when we had extra tip money and we donated it to a family in need at a local store. We did the 8 day Morocco tour and cannot say enough great things about our tour guide Hamid! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable but his passion made us love Morocco even more. I loved our 12-day tour with Hamid. His knowledge, his passion for his country, his kindness, and his ridiculously insane sense of humour made for an incredible
experience in an incredible country. He also really went above and beyond to try and help my sister find her phone when it got lost in the ocean. We really appreciated our time with him and I would 100% recommend him as a guide.

Hamid was very approachable - answering our questions about Morrocc, Islam or the Amazighs culture.
Out g-adventures tour was great. We had a lovely 2 days in the desert and got to see many amazing sights.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Studio tour, the pottery tour, and learning about spices and everything we did in and around Marrakesh

More Rocks Morocco 15 days
Hamid had high caring effective intelligent pleasant energy, keeping our group of 11 rambling, entertained & educated in the same direction and still have our diverse personal interests satisfied…especially considering the range of mobility, hearing abilities, health concerns and dietary/drink needs.
I really appreciated learning a few words of Arabic and Amazigh (Berber) daily and visiting a few openhearted local families who were overjoyed to see him and host a roomful of curious foreigners. Ramadan Karim!
My only suggestion to Hamid concerns giving a 5 minute warning in the van before stopping for a break, so we can collect our things for the transition to the toilet, lunch, photo op, craft demonstration, shopping, etc…tourists feel they gotta get their stuff organized…for the unknown & unexpected. Azoul, Marhaba & Salaam!

An unforgettable time in Marocco
Hamid was my tour guide in Morocco for about 2.5 weeks and I had such a wonderful time. He showed us so many different parts of Morocco so we all fell in love with the country! My favorite part of the trip was to the desert, it felt so surreal at times to actually be in the Sahara!
Hamid made sure that we felt safe all the time and had an unforgettable time in Morocco. I recommend visiting Morocco with him if you want to get to know Morocco in an authentic way and fully immerse yourself in Moroccan culture!

I was so lucky to have Hamid as my tour leader as I explored Morocco for the first time! Hamid gave us an incredible group tour experience. Hamid is by far the best tour guide I’ve ever had
I’ve travelled far and wide yet Hamid is by far the best tour guide I have ever had . He was not only great as his job and extremely knowledgeable about his country . He is super friendly and funny - a tour guide that I then would consider a friend by the end. His own personal work in orphanages is also truely inspirational .
