It started with a call from Crystal out of the blue, just checking in to make sure I understood the process. Then they sent me three proofs of the engraving I chose that went far beyond any creativity I may possess. It was amazing what they came up with. Beautifully laser engraved, well made watch. We can’t recommend them enough.
