That's company build a patio for me
That's company build a patio for me, the finish was very poor. The owner of the company couldn't tell the builder what to do, I also had no say in what I wanted. 10 months later the slabs are loose and dangerous, and I haven't used the patio yet. I sent photos when it was first built but got no response I was totally ignored. Today I sent a txt and I didn't get a reply. It was a cheep purchase.

Hi, sorry to hear about your experience with the patio work and the lack of response when you raised concerns. As HaMuch is a free platform connecting homeowners with independent tradespeople, we're not able to guarantee the standard of work carried out, which is why we recommend checking reviews, qualifications and insurance before starting a job. That said, we do want to hear about this. Please email us at info@hamuch.com with the tradesperson's details and what's happened, we investigate complaints like this and remove tradespeople from the site where issues are confirmed.
Great site.

Spam texts yet again with no opt out - updated 3 months later
Why am I getting unsolicited spam texts from you again? 1. I never signed up with you in the first place 2. I’ve reported you several times and each time they stop for a while then restart
3. Remove my number and I’ll remove this review. A legitimate company with integrity wouldn’t need to scrape the web for phone numbers to make unsolicited spam texts.
Update July '26: I'm STILL getting these spam texts. I emailed your support and surprise surprise - zero response. You've shown here that you're not interested in doing the right thing, you just want it to 'look' like you are. Here is a company with no morals, no integrity and no interest in people.
