I very much enjoy the soap
I very much enjoy the soap, the smell and the fact you don't use palm oil or test on animals. It is an extra plus that you donate soap and water to kids that need it.
I do wish you had a variety pack without the bergamot soap (I am allergic to bergamot), but I can hand pick a nice variety.

My recipient has not received their…
My recipient has not received their gift. It was shipped to the wrong address and no one has responded to my email to see if they tried to resend it after it had been returned by the post office.
I've purchased many gifts from H in H soap but always had it sent directly to me with no problem.

The soap itself is very nice but..
The soap itself is very nice. I was disappointed in two things, however. First, when it was advertised as a 5 piece gift set, I assumed (my bad) that it would be packaged in some attractive form as a gift, such as shrink wrapped or in a cardboard container. However it just came loose in a shipping box, individually wrapped in rough brown paper. Secondly, a couple of the bottles had small dents in them, so that marred the appearance. I wasn't able to give them as gifts.

Long delivery time
I have purchased from you before. My wife loves your product. So I purchased more. But it is taking a long time to get the product. I’m not sure why? I know you have no control over the carrier but maybe a different carrier is in order for the future. That’s the only reason I give you two stars. It’s frustrating. Otherwise the product is great.

I love Hand in Hand Soap
I love Hand in Hand Soap! The best soap that I have ever used. Smells great and lasts a long time, leaving skin feeling great! I ordered 3 different multi-packs this time to last awhile and take advantage of the sale that was going on for the holidays. They arrived, beautifully packaged and smelling wonderful. My favorite thing about this company is not only do their products smell great and work well, but they provide one bar of soap and a month of clean water to those in need for every purchase I make. Clean water and soap are so important right now with this pandemic going on all around us. I highly recommend this company!

I cannot review this soap because I…
I cannot review this soap because I have not received it. I have tried to track the shipment but the tracking does not work. All I know is that it was out for delivery six days ago, has not arrived and I cannot include it in gifts I am mailing because I am running out of time to mail my packages. Very disappointed.

Excellent product from a caring company. It feels amazing that my purchases are helping others in need. And I love that Hand in Hand is (HinH) cruelty-free. My husband uses the HinH fragrance-free bar soap. I use the fragrance-free as well as the catcus pear. Will continue to be a loyal customer and recommend HinH products to others.
