This is an appalling company to deal with. Please do not listen to any of the good reviews. I am honestly starting to think they are fake. We recently purchased 3 handles from them one of which included a lock handle for a cloakroom door. The lock part of the handle snapped off in my husbands hand upon first use. We contacted Handles 4U to report the problem and ask for a replacement as we felt this was clearly a simple manufacturing problem. They are refusing to replace the item as they are citing misuse. Not sure how you can misuse a lock tbh but we are now left out of pocket as we are going to have to source a new handle with lock and pay another joiner to fit when honestly all we need is a new spindle. In all honestly non of the items received are up to par. This is a company selling shoddy items then refusing to replace when they inevitably break. Disgraceful company I would avoid at all cost.

Email on ordering stated that the items (which on the website were in stock) would be dispatched in two to three days. Not great, but at least I knew. However, they were not dispatched for five working days.

On the fourth day, I emailed (no response). There is no phone number on their website so on the fifth day we used the phone number on Trustpilot. They were finally dispatched that afternoon.

Goods were fine once they arrived and reasonably priced but service not acceptable.

Made an order a week ago and have absolutely 0 communication on the delivery date despite my reaching out to them. Will be asking PayPal for money back!

We have had several orders with handles4u over the last few years and always find them to be very good. Products we have ordered have been good quality, packaged well to protect them and delivered quickly. Always seem to be best priced products too with a great range on offer.

Absolute rubbish customer services ! Wouldn't buy anything from them. There system inputed my address wrong as some some shop then they wanted to charge me to send to my correct address ! Joke of a company

I purchased many times from them and it was always good price and quality products. However this time the experience was very bad as it took long time to ship it and even after I called and explained due to the delay I will loose the fitter time. The staff were trying to be helpful but I been told they are short staffed. I am writing this review so hopefully they address it. Also I think they should have offered faster delivery as a good customer service due to delay in shipping but this was not the case.

Quick delivery and really accommodating. I've placed several orders with Rob at Handles4U since 2018 and each time goods have arrived well wrapped and quickly. Products are very good quality and competitively priced. I have used their products in both UK and EU projects and been a happy bunny with the final outcome every time. Even since Brexit and rule changes, Handles4U have worked with me and been adaptive to order requirements.

Excellent selection of handles. I was about to spend £45 on a different site for the same thing (8 black mushroom knob handles) which I got from handles4u for just over £17! They arrived quickly and are very good quality. Great website!

Great service . A website that's easy to navigate and quick order fulfilment.

Prompt delivery, cost has risen but understandable in today's climate. No grub screws or allen key in packet. Handles seem to work ok without them.

Really impressed with the customer services. The handles we received were damaged so we contacted handles4u through the website. They arranged replacements but decided not to send them having quality checked them first. They offered a refund or if we can wait They would get more stock. We chose the latter. The handles arrived incredibly well packed to avoid any damage. Handles4u really went the extra mile to get us our handles, thank you.

Bought hinges and door stops from this company. They fulfilled the order before expected date. There was excellent communication with the team.
Initially, I ordered door stops, but when other company (with so called excellent review rate) failed to send me my hinges, I called Hanles4u and added the hinges to my order. I was slightly sceptical about timeframe, but these guys did everything by the book. I am very pleased with my purchase from this company and highly recommend them.

Funny reading all these positive reviews, I placed an order for 9 handles in November last year, my card statement showed a payment for them in dollars, had trouble tracking order, smelt a rat with these. Order turned up in a small box, it was a small piece of crap jewellery, again still unable to contact them, handed over to my credit card company to deal with, be warned.

Good website, easy ordering, prompt despatch and delivery.
Fitted within an hour of receipt, very satisfied.

Wanted to replace cabinet handles, found the correct handles on line and ordered them, they arrived in under 24 hours, how's that for customer service ?
