We ordered the heart sign for our city's annual Hearts Afire event. The sign arrived carefully packaged and on time. The company was very easy to work with and very responsive. The sign looks and works great and is going to be a wonderful addition to our activities/photo spots for everyone who attends the event.

Not for window display at night.
Like: Quality was excellent.
Dislike: I wanted to display in the window at night. However the Neon does not create enough light to illuminate the nativity scene. The photo that is on the website looks like it was actually backlit. Which is what I had to do to illuminate the scene. Another expense that I would have thought would have been resolved for your selling price.

I love the sign
I love the sign. The design, quality and size is everything I wanted. My question was quickly answered by email. The email informing me of the finished product with a picture was very helpful. Also being informed when it was going to be shipped was great.

Good design, intricate and elegant. I am a little worried about durability as the metal is thin, but indoors against the wall it should be ok.
Delivery took almost 3 weeks, but most of that time was the delivery service's fault as it got sent to Texas and "missorted" before coming to me

Great product, but did not come as described.
The sign came in with everything expected, except dimmer switch. The site said it will come with a dimmer switch, but only came with a metal box linking the two connections. So I have no way to dim the bright sign. Overall I trust this company.
