I ordered two pairs of pants with a waist size of 33 inches, and once they arrived I tried them on which felt like waist size 28 inches. There was no identification waist size on the pants just lettering that is understandable. When I asked customer service to send me the correct size they claim they did, and if I want to re-order another set of pants they would charge me $30 or could return 10% of my original purchase. pretty horrible experience I advise people to be aware.

If I could give a zero rating I would. This company doesnt respond to emails requesting. information regarding their order so obviously dont give a shit.
I have been waiting for an order for nearly a month but get nowhere.
Use them at your peril

This company is NOT interested in your satisfaction. Products do not conform to their sizing. Do not expect any refund even if the product you ordered still has all the labels on and has only been tried on for fit. Your best decision is to shop elsewhere!!!

I have been trying for 3.5 weeks to return/refund garments sent which are the incorrect size.
I paid for these goods in good faith and cannot get an acceptable/satisfactory response from the HANYWEAR company

I'm aware the company have a 45 day return period and I have wasted time dealing with customer service person at the recommended email contact address, who repeatedly claim the company computer cannot open the FOUR different versions of image files I have emailed promptly, as requested.
The person is not making any attempt to offer solutions, just repeatedly asks for a different version of images for my packaging and garments received for the order.
This is NOT the customer service you promote in your communications for your company. I have requested a service complaint form and a named manager to contact to follow up this poor customer service twice now, and no response.

I bought two bras from this company HanyWear. The moment I opened it I did not like it. So I requested a refund and how to send the product back.
For five days I did not receive any mail.
Then I wrote them a second time with a threat that I'll put a negative review. Immediately they wrote back saying they'll give a 10% refund and I can keep the product.
I declined the offer. Then I put a negative review on their website which they did not publish. I put a second one today and I know they will not publish. Hence I'm here.
As per their customer satisfaction policy they state that

"At HanyWear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely pleased with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 45 days of purchase.For additional details, please review the information below.
We strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your HanyWear experience."

I did not dispute about wrong items sent. I'm complaining about design flaws.
As a manufacturer and seller your aim is for customer satisfaction. I'm not happy with the product's design. Therefore, I am eligible for a refund. Let me know how you want to do this. I would not accept 10% as a refund.

This is one bra that I've seen that bra cup comes as flat as a saucer. Their customer service is one of the worst in the industry.

So buyers be aware, be little careful, cautious, mindful when you deal with this company.
