My Bartending Journey with HAP

I had the opportunity to work as a bartender at Drumsheds on 14 December 2024 through HAP Solutions Agency. Their hiring process was efficient, transparent, and well-organized. Throughout my time with them, I was impressed by their professionalism and the respectful manner in which they treated their staff. Communication was always clear, support was readily available, and payments were processed accurately and on time. HAP Solutions demonstrated genuine care for their team, making it a pleasure to work with them.

Last week, on 29 June 2025, I worked as both a bartender and barback at Crystal Palace. It was an excellent experience—the clock-in and clock-out process was smooth and accessible, and the team on-site were active, supportive, and genuinely friendly.

My experience so far has been very professional and responsive .. after signing up my application was finalised very quickly and had a phone call the next day. The lady was very polite and friendly.. hoping for a positive outcome with regards to working with this company
