Useless
Set up an account, saved password on my phone, next time I tried to go on the site the password and email came up but hapi wouldn't except it now account locked out,total waste of time site like most of them,moden technology 75% of the time is useless, this is all meant to be easy, yeah when and if it works

I can't access my online gp
I can't access my online gp. Have tried calling for help but told my company has not sent details over. It was your rep that set the policy up. Not happy with your company.

Excellent service, Dr Sanyal went above and beyond. Could not recommend more to anyone that wants an efficient and compassionate GP service.

Husband needed urgent MRI scan but even…
Husband needed urgent MRI scan but even going via A&E and then private health care provider there was still a wait of about 10 /14 days due to backlog. Hapi organised him a discussion with one of their GP’s (who was brilliant), an MRI scan within a couple of days plus a private ambulance to get him there and back, as he couldn’t sit or even lie in a car due his back problem. Everything went smoothly and to plan. Using Hapi got rid of a lot of the stress we were going through at that time. Would definitely recommend and use again without hesitation.

So pleased to have found this site. Super easy to book in and the Hapi GP was very friendly and easy to talk to. My own NHS GP can’t see me for nearly 4 weeks. The support team on the live chat were fantastic too, they answered all my queries before I booked. Couldn’t recommended enough! Will definitely use again and recommend to friends & family.

I recently had a consultation with Dr Sanyal of Hapi healthcare. I found him to be very professional and felt relaxed and comfortable talking to him.
A good all round experience and would certainly use Hapi again.

Fantastic! - So easy!
Very quick and easy to use, Dr Sanyal was brilliant, he was friendly and put me at ease straight away! Would definitely use them again, prescription arrived the next day.
