Was prescribed the wrong medication

Was prescribed the wrong medication. Cannot get ahold of anyone through email or by phone to correct the mistake. Horrible side effects now from being out of the medication that was supposed to be sent in to point I may need to be seen at hospital now. I do not recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I cannot imagine a worse option. You will be overbilled in advance of your appointments. If you are not careful their system will schedule you for weekly appointments that you did not request and charge you to cancel if it is within 24 hours of the appointment even if you did not request more than one appointment, be scheduled.
My appointment experience did not meet reasonable expectations. I was overbilled in advance of my appointment. I found out when my bank called to inquire on a potentially fraudulent charge the morning before my appointment. The provider was late and was unable to join the video portion of the visit, which I understood to be a required component of a virtual appointment. When the provider eventually joined, she asked whether proceeding without video was acceptable; however, at that point I had already waited and followed all instructions, including logging in early as well as had already been charged for the appointment. I have reached out to the customer service number and there is no option to speak to a person. I have e-mailed several times with no response.

It has been a nightmare

It has been a nightmare. Do not use this company unless your life depends on it. They immediately charged my card before my first appointment. Wouldn't necessarily have been a huge issue in and of itself (but it's still a red flag), but they charged me the pre-insurance amount. Now, apparently, they owe me a refund. So, do you think they have paid me yet? Of course not. Actually, they just charged me again.
Basically, when you make an appointment, they automatically schedule recurring weekly appointments in the hope that you attend (and they get paid) or you forget to cancel (and they still get paid). Another huge red flag.
The third red flag is that they just charged me again. I cancelled all my appointments (my therapist warned me to do that if I did not want to continue with her), yet I still just got charged and I HAVE NO IDEA WHY.
Do not get yourself involved with this company, there's no way out unless you want to cancel your debit card and that's a nightmare as well.
And perhaps the worst/funniest part of this whole thing is that these people have, as clients, a large percentage of people who are suffering from depression and anxiety, and then they go ahead and pull these stunts. Fortunately, my anxiety isn't bad anymore and surprise charges on my account don't cause catastrophic effects (like overdrafts, not being able to buy food or pay rent/mortgage, etc.), but can you imagine how awful and nightmarish it must be for the people who can't say the same?

Completely unrealistic

Completely unrealistic approach to a mental health provider. The phone number does not give you a human to speak with and you wait days for a robot to call you to tell you to go to the portal to schedule. When you get to the portal you have to chat with someone and they take a long time to respond, meaning more time wasted and no appointment scheduled. 0/5

Avoid Happier Living at all costs

Avoid Happier Living at all costs. This company pretends to offer mental health services, but their business model is manipulative and unethical.

As soon as I signed up, they scheduled over 80 appointments without my consent. I never approved a single one. There was no opt-in, no confirmation — just dozens of appointments forced onto my account.

When I tried to cancel them, their website's cancel button didn’t work. I had to email customer service multiple times and threaten legal action before they finally responded.

To make things worse, I was charged $100 for “canceling” an appointment I never booked. I had actively tried to remove it and was blocked from doing so. This feels like a deliberate trap — auto-schedule, disable cancellation, then bill you.

This is not how a healthcare company should operate. It’s predatory, stressful, and completely devoid of accountability. I’ve filed complaints with the FTC and BBB and will be warning others anywhere I can.

If you value your time, money, or mental health, stay far away from Happier Living.
